00:45hopefully after rehab he has learned but a court in lubbock county has given a temporary injunction
00:54against the ncaa the ruling restores his eligibility save for the first two games for the 2026 season
01:03for now is this a good case for this current time oh yeah it's very interesting
01:15this could set precedent for a long time and i think the ncaa is going to appeal and when that
01:23appeal happens the timing will be interesting because for soresby he's got until june 22nd if
01:28he wants to put in for the supplemental draft and so and if he's not able to get in that
01:34way too
01:36like that could deter a lot of people in college from doing what he's done yeah instead like if you
01:42if you seriously if you can't win look man you basically got pete rose you were phased out of
01:50the entire thing right because of this decision do not do it in college yeah and it looks like some
