00:00May the name of the Lord be blessed.
00:03Dear brothers and sisters,
00:05I hope that you are all doing well
00:08and I believe by faith
00:10and praise God
00:12that this morning meditation
00:14has been truly helpful for your spiritual growth
00:18to understand the words of God
00:22and to grow spiritually
00:24in our daily walk with Jesus Christ.
00:28Shall we all bow down our heads
00:30and look to the Lord in prayer
00:31as we steady His word for this morning?
00:35Let's pray.
00:37Heavenly God,
00:39the Creator of all the universe
00:43and the One that who possesses everything
00:47and the One that who calls us by Your name,
00:51we thank and we praise You
00:53and we bow ourselves at Your feet this morning.
00:58Father, as You said,
00:59Your word is a lamp unto my feet
01:02and a light unto my path.
01:05This morning as we steady Your word,
01:08we ask and we pray
01:09that You will speak with us
01:12and strengthen us by Your word.
01:14In Jesus' name we pray.
01:16Amen.
01:19If you have your Bible this morning with me,
01:22turn with me to the book of Jeremiah chapter 18 and verses 1.
01:44When the Lord wanted to speak with His children
01:47and bring His message in the Old Testament,
01:51the Lord spoke to prophets.
01:55He even spoke to the kings.
01:57He even spoke to the leader Moses
02:02and had given His message
02:04to the children of Israel.
02:08And in Proverbs chapter 6 and verse 6,
02:11what King Solomon said,
02:14O slugger,
02:15O slugger, go to the end and learn a lesson.
02:19In Ezekiel chapter 37,
02:23The Lord took the prophet Ezekiel
02:26unto the valley of dry bones
02:29and thought He molested right of the place.
02:33In Jeremiah chapter 18 and verses 1,
02:37The Lord had speaking to Jeremiah
02:41and said to him,
02:43You arise and go to the porter's house.
02:47Remember friends this morning,
02:49when we leave our place,
02:52when we leave the place that where we are
02:55and situated,
02:57and when we step on forward
02:59and then the Lord will give His word to our life.
03:05Most of the time when we say,
03:07Lord bless me,
03:09Lord speak with me,
03:10and we don't live things
03:12which God hates in our life.
03:14When we live that,
03:16and we will receive the power
03:19and the blessing and the word
03:20and abundance of God in our life.
03:23This morning we will be interacting
03:25and studying on the topic of the potta
03:28and the vessel that which He is making
03:31in Jeremiah chapter 18.
03:34This is in a fourth object lesson
03:37by which God spoke to the nation of Israel.
03:42What are the things that we learn
03:44from this passage?
03:46Number one,
03:47we learn about the power of God.
03:51Get back with me
03:53to the book of Jeremiah chapter 18
03:56and verse 6.
03:59Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand,
04:02so you are in my hand,
04:05O house of Israel.
04:09The Lord again speaking to the prophet Jeremiah
04:12and telling him
04:13that you are the vessel
04:16and I am the potter
04:17and you are the clay in my hands.
04:21When we get back
04:22to the book of Genesis chapter 2,
04:24the way that God created
04:25the humankind,
04:27the human man,
04:28the Adam.
04:30Everything that was came forth
04:32and created out of the word
04:33that proceeded out
04:34from the mouth of God,
04:35but when He came to man,
04:37He created man
04:38out of the dust of the ground
04:39and breathed in his nostrils,
04:41then he became a living soul.
04:44That's what the Lord speaks
04:45in the book of Isaac
04:46and tells to Israel.
04:48Look, I have engraved you
04:50on my palms.
04:54Here we learn
04:55the spiritual sightful lesson
04:57for our lives this morning is
04:59this reveals the power of God
05:03to make or to build
05:05our lives in the Bible.
05:08This morning, friends,
05:10God had made you.
05:12You have not come into this world
05:14just in an accidental way,
05:16but you have come with a purpose
05:18and the purpose
05:19that was in the mind of God
05:20before the foundations
05:21of the world
05:22had been framed.
05:26You are called
05:27to glorify God
05:29and because of
05:30to glorify God,
05:31you are created
05:32in the image
05:33and the likeness
05:34of our God.
05:37The second spiritual
05:38accept we have here is
05:40God has the power
05:42to remake us.
05:46Get back with me,
05:47Jeremiah chapter 18
05:49and verse 4.
05:52And the vessel
05:53that he made
05:54of a clay
05:55was mere in the hand
05:56of a porter
05:56and the porter
05:58he made it again
05:59into another vessel
06:01and seemed to good
06:02to the porter
06:02to make it.
06:04When the vessel
06:06has been broken out,
06:07the porter
06:07is not satisfied
06:08with what has done,
06:10but he tries
06:11to build it
06:12back again
06:14and make it
06:15into a new vessel
06:16which seems
06:17good.
06:19just the same thing
06:20what God
06:21has been doing
06:22in the life
06:23of Israel.
06:24They were disobedient,
06:25they were sinful people,
06:27they were stiff-necked people,
06:29they were transgressive people,
06:30they were rebellious generation,
06:32but the Lord
06:33is still trying
06:35to make them,
06:36to remake their life,
06:38taking all away
06:39the filthy things
06:41and he wanted
06:42to put their lives
06:44into a new vessel.
06:46This morning,
06:47if you are broken out
06:48in your spiritual life,
06:50if you are just like
06:52a rebellious man
06:53unto the will
06:54and to the obedience
06:55of God,
06:56I tell you,
06:58it's time for you
06:59to come back to God
07:00because we have a God
07:02who will remake us
07:04into your new vessel.
07:07That's what God's desire
07:08for our lives.
07:11He can remake us.
07:14If you desire
07:15that the Lord
07:16needs to remake
07:17your life,
07:18you just come to Him
07:19just as you are
07:20and then He is able
07:22to mull up your life
07:24as according to His will.
07:27The third spiritual aspect
07:29we find here is
07:31and the Lord
07:32has the power
07:33to destroy
07:34the vessel.
07:36The Lord
07:37is a God
07:37who creates.
07:38Not only He creates,
07:40but He gives a chance
07:41and He
07:42remakes us.
07:43But if we still
07:44have not
07:45an
07:46ability
07:47or acceptance
07:48of His remaking
07:49in our life,
07:50then finally
07:51His step,
07:51what He takes is,
07:52He destroys
07:53the vessel.
07:54In Jeremiah chapter 19
07:56and verses 10
07:59and verses 11
08:01Then shalt thou
08:03break the bottle
08:04in the sight
08:05of the men
08:05that go with thee.
08:07Even so,
08:08I will break
08:08these people
08:09and this city
08:10as one
08:11breaketh
08:12a potter's vessel.
08:14They cannot be
08:15made whole again.
08:17This is the punishment
08:18of God
08:19because what they
08:20have done
08:21in the sight
08:22of the Lord.
08:23I will break it
08:24and no man
08:25can bolt it back again.
08:28What a terrible
08:29judgment
08:29that God
08:30has pronounced
08:31on the nation
08:32of Israel
08:33for what they
08:34have done.
08:37I will break them.
08:39Remember,
08:40friends,
08:40this morning,
08:41if God
08:42breaks us
08:43and there is
08:44no one
08:45to build us,
08:47if God
08:48builds us,
08:49there is
08:49no one
08:50to break
08:51our life.
08:53But all
08:55things
08:56for you
08:56this morning,
08:57what God
08:58is saying
08:58to you is,
08:59I will
09:01destroy you.
09:02When,
09:03if you
09:04not stop
09:05your stiff-necked
09:07and rebellious
09:08behavior
09:09towards me,
09:12God
09:13has a power
09:13to make.
09:14He has
09:15a power
09:16even to
09:17remake
09:17and He
09:17has a power
09:18even to
09:19destroy.
09:21All what
09:22you need
09:22to do
09:22this morning,
09:23just come
09:24to the
09:25Lord's feet.
09:27In the
09:28book of
09:292 Samuel,
09:31what King
09:32David said,
09:32it is better
09:33to fall
09:33into the
09:34hands of
09:34God
09:34than to
09:35fall
09:36into the
09:36hands
09:37of men.
09:38One of the
09:39greatest things
09:39that you

09:40can do
