00:02Dear brothers and sisters,
00:04the Lord has blessed us with one more
00:06a blessed Sunday
00:09that we all might worship the Lord
00:11in spirit and in truth,
00:13reminding His faithfulness
00:15and goodness in all our life.
00:18Let's pray.
00:20Almighty God and merciful Heavenly Father,
00:23thank you for your beautiful love
00:25that was pictured for us.
00:28Father, this morning,
00:30you have protected us from dangers,
00:32harms and pestilences and sickness,
00:36and you have allowed us to gather
00:38in your holy presence
00:40that we might have fellowship with you
00:42and fellowship with saints
00:45and to receive the peace
00:46and the prosperity from your presence.
00:50Father, this morning,
00:52as we prepare our hearts for your divine word,
00:55we ask that your will be done,
00:58that you will speak with us
00:59that what we need in our lives.
01:02In Jesus' mighty, precious name we pray.
01:05Amen.
01:07This morning, brothers and sisters,
01:10turn with me to the book of Psalms,
01:13chapter 103.
01:17As we read the psalm, chapter 103,
01:21in this chapter,
01:22there were very two important words
01:26written for a Christian life.
01:29The first is the grace of God
01:31and the second is the mercy of God.
01:35The definition of the grace of God is God giving us what we don't deserve.
01:45That is called to be as a grace.
01:48And the mercy of God is God is not giving us what we don't deserve.
01:59Let me give you in a brief discussion.
02:03Explanation.
02:04Paul said in Romans chapter 3
02:07that all have sinned and have come short for the glory of God.
02:12And the Bible says,
02:15for the wages of sin is death.
02:17We are all sinners
02:18and we all need to be dying.
02:21And we are all on the way to the eternal hell.
02:25And we are all under the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ.
02:29But God hath forgave our sins
02:31and has given us one more eternal life
02:35that we all might join in His holy presence.
02:39This is what called to be as the mercy of the Lord.
02:44Because of the grace of God,
02:47we received the heaven as a gift.
02:51Because of the mercy of the Lord,
02:54we are escaped from the judgment
02:56and from the wrath of Lord Jesus Christ.
02:59The Lord is so merciful.
03:03And the Bible says that the mercy of the Lord
03:06is from everlasting to everlasting.
03:11That's why the Bible says in the book of Lamentations chapter 3,
03:17His new mercies,
03:19His mercies are very new to us every morning.
03:25The Lord visits us with His new mercies
03:28every day in our life.
03:33This morning,
03:35we are going to study on the topic of the mercy of the Lord.
03:41When we read in the book of New Testament
03:44that Jesus moved with compassion and mercy,
03:48the Lord is so merciful
03:51when He saw the sick people,
03:53when He saw the paralyzed people,
03:54when He saw the people who were demon-possessed,
03:57when He saw the people who were in Hungary,
04:00when He saw the people who were without a shepherd,
04:04that Jesus moved with compassion and mercy
04:08because we have a God
04:10who is mercy and compassionate.
04:16In Psalm chapter 103,
04:18we will find who will be the recipients
04:21of those who receive the mercy of the Lord God.
04:27If you desire to receive the God's mercy
04:30and experience His mercy in your life,
04:33you need to do this
04:35and have these two characters.
04:51You need to have this first qualification
04:55in order to receive the mercy of the Lord.
04:59The first qualification is
05:01you need to have reverence unto God.
05:05The word reverence which means
05:07to obey and to fear God.
05:11The parents on this earth,
05:13they desire that their children
05:17need to fear and obey to their sayings.
05:21Think about our heavenly God
05:24who has created us in His own image.
05:27He even desires us, you and me,
05:31to obey and fear to His voice
05:34and His commandments.
05:36Are you like that this morning?
05:39If we are obeying to the voice
05:41and the commandments of Lord Jesus Christ,
05:44surely we are not under His wrath,
05:47but under the mercy of Lord Jesus Christ.
05:51Amen.
05:54In Genesis chapter 22,
05:57the Bible says that the word of the Lord
06:00had appeared, came to Abraham and said,
06:04Abraham, take your only one son Isaac
06:07and go to the land of Moriah
06:09where I show you
06:10and you have to offer him as a sacrifice.
06:14Abraham received the word of the Lord
06:17and he moved on forward
06:19to obey to the commandments of God.
06:24He didn't say,
06:25Lord, I have only one son.
06:28Lord, after he was born,
06:30I have a smile on my face.
06:32He didn't say,
06:33Lord, I need to approach my life
06:35because she is also part of my life.
06:38I have to take a decision on this issue.
06:42But he said,
06:44woke up early in the morning
06:46to fulfill the will of God in their lives.
06:50That is what called to be as a fearing to God.
06:55This morning, friends,
06:56the Lord is searching for those
06:58who obey to His commandments
07:00and who fear Him.
07:04That's what the Bible says
07:06in the book of Proverbs.
07:07The eyes of the Lord
07:09are upon those
07:10that who fear Him.
07:14This morning,
07:15you and I can receive
07:17the mercy of the Lord in our life
07:19when we fear
07:21and show reverence
07:22unto the voice of the Lord.
07:26When Samuel, the little boy,
07:28before he becometh a prophet,
07:30when he heard the voice of the Lord,
07:31he just said,
07:32Lord, I am here.
07:35Speak with me.
07:36I am your servant listening.
07:39that reverence
07:41we all need to have,
07:42that fear
07:43we all need to occupy
07:44in our lives.
07:46The second qualification,
07:50Psalm chapter 103
07:51and verses 17
07:54and verse 18.
07:56To such as keep His covenant
07:58and to those that remember
08:01His command
08:03to do them.
08:04The Bible says
08:06it's not only
08:07who reverence
08:08to the word of God
08:09but also
08:10who keeps
08:11His word.
08:14Sometimes
08:15we fail
08:16to follow
08:17or to keep
08:19the word
08:19of Lord Jesus Christ.
08:21That's what's written
08:23in the epistle of James.
08:24The epistle of James
08:25said this way,
08:36Abraham had a word
08:37from the Lord
08:39and he was also
08:40a doer
08:41of God's word.
08:43That's what Jesus said.
08:45Many of us,
08:46we call Him
08:47Lord,
08:47Lord,
08:48Lord,
08:48Lord.
08:49But if we don't do
08:50the things which the Lord
08:51had told us to do,
08:52we are in failed life.
08:55We don't receive
08:56the mercy of God
08:58but we are under
08:59the judgment
09:00on the wrath
09:01of God.
09:04When we keep
09:05His word
09:06in our life
09:07and to do
09:08His will
09:09as the Lord
09:10is willing
09:11in our lives,
09:13we will be
09:14like a man,
09:15wise man
09:16who had built
09:17his house
09:18on a rock.
09:20We have a
09:21steadfastness
09:22life.
09:24Though maybe
09:24rains,
09:25thunders,
09:26storms,
09:27winds,
09:28and air
09:28cometh,
09:29but we will be
09:30still having
09:31a stable life
09:33because we are
09:34built at our
09:35life on the
09:36word of God
09:37by keeping
09:37His word.
09:39The Lord
09:40is asking us
09:41a question
09:42this morning.
09:43Are we
09:43the keepers
09:44of His word?
09:46If we
09:47are the keepers
09:48of God's
09:49divine word,
09:50we receive
09:51the mercy
09:52of the Lord
09:53Jesus Christ.
09:55In the
09:55Gospel of
09:56John chapter
09:572,
09:59the disciples
10:01had received
10:03a word
10:03from the
10:04mother Mary,
10:05the mother
10:06of Lord
10:07Jesus Christ.
10:08She said
10:09this way,
10:11Do
10:11according
10:12what He
10:13said.
10:15Till that
10:16point of a
10:16time,
10:18the wine
10:19has been
10:19completed
10:22and the
10:23vessels
10:26were empty,
10:27but she
10:28said,
10:29Do as
10:30what He
10:30said.
10:32And Jesus
10:32said,
10:33Fill the
10:33water,
10:36fill the
10:37vessels
10:37with the
10:38water.
10:39They
10:39filled the
10:40vessels
10:41with the
10:41water and
10:42there
10:42cometh a
10:44miracle.
10:45There
10:45happened a
10:46miracle which
10:47never
10:47happened in
10:48all the
10:48whole
10:49history.
10:50Just
10:51because they
10:52kept the
10:53word of
10:54God.
10:56Let us
10:57all be,
10:58not only be
10:59the hearers of
11:00God's word
11:01and deceive
11:02ourselves,
11:03but also
11:04being as a
11:05keepers,
11:06being a
11:06doers of
11:07God's word.
11:09then we
11:10are able
11:11to accomplish
11:12the will
11:13of God
11:13and receive
11:15the mercy
11:16of the
11:16Lord in
11:17our life.
11:19The
11:20Lord is
11:21so
11:21mercy.
11:22Dear
11:23brothers and
11:24sisters,
11:24never take
11:25the mercy
11:25of the
11:25Lord and
11:26the grace
11:27of the
11:27Lord for
11:27granted and
11:28go on
11:29doing
11:29mistakes.
11:31Let us
11:31stay faithful,
11:33let us
11:34stay true
11:34till we
11:36reach the
11:37second coming
11:38of Lord
11:39Jesus Christ
11:40and meet
11:41him in
11:42his holy
11:42kingdom.
11:43Till then,
11:45may the
11:45mercy of
11:46the Lord
11:46be with
11:47each one
11:48of us.
11:49Let us
11:49pray.
11:50Our
11:51merciful and
11:51gracious
11:52Father,
11:53how great
11:54is your
11:54word and
11:55how powerful
11:56and how
11:57loving
11:57is your
11:58word,
11:58Father.

12:01spoke with
12:02us about
12:03your mercy.
12:05because of
12:06your mercy
12:06we are
12:07alive.
12:07Because of
12:08your mercy

12:09saved from
12:10our sins.
12:10Because of
12:11your mercy
12:11we are
12:12true Father.
12:13Because of
12:14your mercy
12:15we enjoy
12:16the relationship
12:16with you.
12:18Father,
12:19help us
12:20to move
12:20on receiving
12:23and stepping
12:24from glory
12:25into glory,
12:27from grace
12:27into grace.
12:29We thank

12:30your beautiful
12:31words.
12:32Bless the
12:33one that
12:33who have
12:33heard your

12:36reap the
12:37spiritual
