00:20Before we hear the voice of God
00:24Almighty God and merciful Heavenly Father
00:27We thank and we praise you for your beautiful love
00:31And the great day that you have blessed us with
00:35Father this morning as we are stating your word
00:40Lord kindly speak with us
00:42Open our hearts and our minds and our eyes
00:47To understand your word and to apply it to our hearts

00:54Lead us and guide us in the word of thy truth

01:02If you have your Bible this morning with me
01:05Turn with me to the book of Psalm chapter 32 and verse 7
01:12Thou art my hiding place
01:16This is in a psalm that was written by the king
01:19David
01:23A definite need for prayer for David's life
01:28In this chapter that David was very strong
01:32He was very rich
01:34And he was also considered as a man after God's own heart
01:38But he had a good times
01:42And he also had a bad times
01:44And he also had a times of joy
01:47And a times of weeping
01:50But David needed a hiding place
01:54In this chapter
01:57That the king David
01:59Is speaking about God
02:01And saying about him
02:03That God is my hiding place
02:08David was taught by his parents
02:11That God was a hiding place
02:14That's why he found strength in God
02:16When he faced Goliath
02:20The Philistine giant
02:23When he had to flee from zealous rays of Saul
02:28And the Lord was a hiding place
02:31And when David led the armies of Israel into the battle
02:36He knew that the Lord was a good hiding place
02:41We have a God who is a good hiding place
02:45And a safe hiding place
02:46And a sure hiding place
02:49That's what he could say
02:51In this chapter
02:52That the Lord is my hiding place
02:57This morning we will be studying on some few things
03:00From what God hides us
03:04Let's get back with me to Psalm chapter 32
03:07And verse 7
03:09Lord, thou art my hiding place
03:11Thou shalt preserve me from trouble
03:16Number 1
03:17The Lord is our hiding place
03:20In the day of trouble
03:24Friends, as you're listening this morning message
03:28You might say to me
03:30I'm facing a lot of troubles in my life
03:33A lot of troubles in my family
03:35A lot of troubles in the place where I'm working
03:37A lot of troubles in my financial crisis
03:43And there's a lot of troubles with my sickness
03:46And there's a lot of troubles with many things
03:49That what I should not speak and share with other people
03:53But I tell you
03:54The Lord will be your help in the day of your trouble
03:59As we all know in Daniel chapter 3
04:02That the King Nebuchadnezzar had made a golden image
04:05And made a decree
04:07That all the people in the city of Babylon
04:10That they need to bow down to the image
04:12When all the instruments were being played
04:16But Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego
04:18But they rejected
04:19Because they had a faith on God
04:21And that God will deliver them
04:23No matter what situation that they are facing
04:27Because they did not bow to the image
04:29And they were thrown into the fiery furnace
04:33And the thing what happened was
04:34The Bible says
04:35That there was the image of the fourth
04:38As a son of man
04:41The Lord was with them
04:43In the day of trouble
04:46Maybe this morning you are going through
04:48A lot of troubles in your life
04:50That which I do not know
04:51But God is a searcher of your hearts
04:55But God knows every imagination
04:57Every thought of your hearts
05:01He knows every trouble
05:02He does not want you to stay
05:05And sink down
05:06And go down into your trouble
05:08But He wants you to
05:09Pick you up from the trouble
05:11In your life
05:13That is why the Lord is a hiding place
05:16He hides us
05:17In the day of trouble
05:21That's the Bible says
05:23In Psalm chapter 34
05:24Where King David said
05:25This poor man cried
05:26And the Lord heard him
05:28And delivered him
05:29From out of all his troubles
05:32We have a God
05:33Who had promised
05:34And we also have a God
05:36That who promises
05:36Will never slacken his promises
05:38But who always fulfills
05:39What he has promised to us
05:42The Lord is a hiding place
05:44In the day of trouble
05:48And the second things
05:49We find in the
05:50Epistle of Hebrews
05:51Chapter 2
05:52And verses 18
05:55And the Lord is a hiding place
05:58In the time of temptation
06:04For in him
06:05That he himself
06:07Hath suffered
06:08Being tempted
06:09He is able
06:11To succor them
06:12That are tempted
06:15Temptations are for everyone
06:18Adam and Eve
06:19They were tempted
06:19To eat the fruit
06:20Of the tree
06:21Which God
06:22Have told them not to eat
06:23But they ate it
06:24They are fallen in sin
06:26Temptation leads us
06:27To poverty
06:28Temptation leads us
06:29From God
06:29Temptation leads us
06:30Into sin

06:32Into the darkness
06:34Of hell
06:34But Bible says
06:36Jesus was tempted

06:49That's what
06:50Greatness
06:51And the peculiarity
06:52Of our Lord Jesus Christ
06:57He is our hiding place
06:59In the time

07:04Kind of temptations
07:05That you might be
07:05Going through
07:06In your life

07:07But the Lord
07:09Is a hiding place

08:01That which causes you
08:03To discouragement
08:05But God is saying

08:08I will be a hiding place

08:17And brought
08:18To King David
08:19During the times

08:24The King Saul
08:27He tried a lot
08:28To kill David
08:30That's the reason
08:31That he had left
08:32The palace
08:33And then he had run
08:35To stay
08:36In the caves
08:37And he was
08:38A lot of times
08:39In the wilderness
08:41And a lot of times
08:42Here and there
08:45But in the time

08:47He called
08:48On to the Lord
08:49That's what he said

08:58Put confidence

09:06But we have a God
