00:00Alright, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40 plus
00:07hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:10Thank you for calling Grandview Medical Group Neurology, the office of Drs. Kyle Hudgens,
00:17Rodney Swilley, James Strong, Drew Uric, Stephen Suggs, and Natalia B. For the billing office,
00:25press 5.
00:27Hi, this is Ronnie with Grandview Neurology, billing office. I am in the office, just not
00:33able to come to the phone right now. If you'll leave me your name, your number, your date of
00:37birth, and a brief message, I will return your call as soon as I can. Thank you.
00:41I was a patient for Dr. Kyle Hudgens at Grandview Neurology in 2019. Yes, I had an issue regarding
00:51billing and service. I tried to contact Grandview about this many times over the years. My phone
01:00calls are not returned. I am still receiving bills from this visit. I got this bill August
01:0622nd, 2023. It's for that visit. And I have a problem with my visit. I did not receive adequate
01:15services from Dr. Kyle Hudgens and Grandview Neurology in that visit. I had a broken skull
01:21injury and possibly head trauma and brain damage physical. I believe I had a CSF leak. And when
01:31I went to Kyle Hudgens for this visit, he looked at MRI, CT and x-rays that I had done
01:39and taught
01:39with me about my injury. And he told me that he could not explain my pain. He didn't give me
01:47a
01:47prescription. I didn't offer any type of useful services for $265. Yeah, I need to speak to
01:55somebody at Grandview Neurology about getting this corrected because he looked at those MRI pictures,
02:02told me I had no injuries present. And I found out later that actually in those same images,
02:09it shows that I had broken the underside of my skull. I had six inches infection in my head. I
02:15almost
02:15died from that injury. I'm considering calling the CEO of Grandview Hospital about this as well.
02:22Now, four years later, and I'm still getting these bills through the mail from doctors who can't do
02:28their jobs properly. And these people are multimillionaires in your medical practice.
02:34This is unacceptable. And I look forward to your call. Thank you.
