00:00Well, and it'll be relevant because, you know, sitting there at number one,
00:03is there a trade to be had?
00:04Everyone just assumes the Raiders are going to take Fernando Mendoza,
00:10which I saw some Shador, let's say, confidants.
00:16I saw some Shador people in his – is it a tribe?
00:21I will not call it the other word.
00:23I'm abstaining.
00:24I will not say that.
00:25That's you, Owen.
00:26Okay.
00:27To the Shador fans across the country,
00:29I think that's beneath you to use that term.
00:32We almost got it.
00:32We got three hours and almost four minutes without having to say the name Shador Sanders.
00:38We almost made it, everybody.
00:40And if you say it one more time, he appears.
00:42He appears.
00:43Time to have some questions.
00:44As QB1 wearing number two.
00:45Ooh.
00:48Let's go to Keith at Olmstead Township.
00:50He's our big winner.
00:51Hello, Keith.
00:53Hey, how you doing?
00:54Keith.
00:55I'm doing well.
00:55I hope you enjoy this because then after this,
00:57I've got to find out what Lyman did to make everybody upset.
01:00So, Keith, are you ready to get your team?
01:03I am.
01:04I was there last year.
01:05It was a good time.
01:05Oh, this is good stuff.
01:07This is good stuff.
01:08Here we go.
01:08I threw an anchor in.
01:10We picked out of, like, something odd,
01:13and it threw the rest of the people off.
01:15Love it.
01:16That's what you've got to do.
01:16You've got to sabotage the entire event.
01:19Keith's going to do it again.
01:19How this segment's going.
01:20Here we go.
01:21We've got the team.
01:22Here we go.
01:22I'm picking it.
01:23I've got the bowl.
01:23You can see me on YouTube right now.
01:24Here we go.
01:26I have the team.
01:28It is pick number five, the New York football Giants.
01:35Carnell Tate.
01:36That might be the name.
01:37That might be the one.
01:38Yep.
01:39All right.
01:40Keith, congratulations.
01:41I'm going to put you back on hold.
01:42Keith is back on hold.
01:43So, now John can pick him up.
01:45Speaking of John, there was a reason why I asked Matt Foreman that question,
01:48and we'll get to that coming up at around 922 this morning.
01:50Also, if you're in trouble, who would you call?
01:54You wouldn't believe who Tiger Woods.
01:56I almost said Ty Simpson.
01:57You wouldn't believe who Tiger Woods called.
01:58I would not call Ty Simpson to help me out of the situation.
02:00So, I saw this, and look, before you say, hey,
02:04why are you just piggybacking off some rando on social media?
02:09It's not some rando.
02:10It's someone who Deion Sanders has quote tweeted,
02:15has sometimes endorsed his tweets.
02:17So, these are, some of these individuals are very close to Shador Sanders.
02:21And so, I never ascribe things that they say as to things Shador thinks.
02:27All right.
02:27But I've seen the father and the coach of the Buffaloes sign off on a lot of these tweets.
02:33So, I think they're totally relevant to your quarterback.
02:36But I saw this yesterday.
02:38This from Hova76, talking about the comparisons between Shador
02:45and how he was treated pre-draft to Fernando Mendoza.
02:49And this series of sentences, in quotes, tries to underscore how one quarterback prospect a year ago
02:59was not being treated fairly, but now how Fernando Mendoza,
03:05who's going to be taken number one overall by the Raiders, is being treated totally different.
03:08And I just think it's fan fiction.
03:11All I've seen for the last month is people pick apart Fernando Mendoza
03:15and his flaws and how he's not a Trevor Lawrence.
03:18He's not number one overall pick material.
03:22How, if it was any other draft, him and all his flaws,
03:25the fact that his stats are very weak compared to other first-round picks,
03:30how it was the running game that carried him,
03:33how he didn't even play that well in the biggest games.
03:35And that's not just Dan Orlovsky saying that,
03:37even though he's been dragged through the mud and rightfully so on some of the things he said.
03:40Because he didn't have anything to back it up.
03:41He sounded like an idiot.
03:42I'm sorry.
03:43And I like Dan.
03:44Nice enough guy.
03:45I thought he was ridiculous.
03:46You're not on the Christmas card list.
03:47You can say whatever you want to.
03:48The guy's good at breaking down film, and that's about it.
03:51So go ahead.
03:51But I totally disagreed with the things that either way.
03:54Sounded goofy.
03:55Why do we have to, now that Shador is in the NFL,
03:59he has a chance to start for an NFL football team this year.
04:02As a fifth-round pick, he already has how many games under his belt?
04:06Seven.
04:06That's like a miracle.
04:07Do you know how many guys are drafted in the fifth or sixth rounds
04:10that never see the light of day?
04:12And now Shador is coming in,
04:14and he has the opportunity to seize hold of a quarterback room
04:18and get a chance to start week one.
04:21Guys, why are we obsessing about other quarterbacks after him
04:26that won the Heisman, won the national championship,
04:29are going to be taken number one overall,
04:31and we have to make it out?
04:32I'm seeing he's bringing up race.
04:34Guys, the last three quarterbacks taken number one overall have been heavily scrutinized, too.
04:39Guess what?
04:39They're all black.
04:40They're all African-American quarterbacks that were taken number one overall,
04:43and they all get the equal treatment.
04:47These quarterbacks don't just, they don't just fall out of the sky,
04:51and then we obsess about them, but then treat them as like angels.
04:57That's not what, I'm not seeing that.
04:58I'm seeing Fernando Mendoza get crushed for all the flaws.
05:03Weirdo, how is that going to work in the locker room?
05:06What is going on with him and how he's, he's almost overdoing it at the pro day.
05:10As long as he is his authentic self, it'll go over well in the locker room.
05:14If that's how he is, like, like, Russell Wilson is not the same person in the media
05:20as he is in the locker room.
05:22Richard Sherman will tell anybody that,
05:24and so will other former teammates of Richard Sherman.
05:26He's not authentic, as long as Fernando Mendoza's authentic.
05:30Now, I'd like to play along with you on this.
05:33You're going to hate me.
05:35Who's we?
05:37Who are you saying, who are you talking to?
05:41I don't think Browns fans are doing this.
05:42I'm talking to.
05:43You said somebody on, one of Shador's.
05:45No, it's not just somebody.
05:46It's somebody.
05:47Fans, one of Shador's people.
05:48No, no, this is not a fan.
05:49This is, this is somebody.
05:50Ask the Shador people who Hova 76 is.
05:53He's not just a nobody.
05:54I don't know who that is.
05:55You don't know who he is, but they do.
05:57Go on YouTube right now.
05:58If you guys are interacting with the show, tell Ken who this dude is,
06:02because he's basically spoken on behalf of the Sanders family before.
06:06And again, I told you.
06:07All right, but.
06:07The dad, Deion Sanders, has signed off on a bunch of what I call it fan fiction.
06:14Well, I'm not trying to.
06:15A lot of the stuff that he said.
06:16Also, he buried Kevin out the door, and Shador's dad, quote, tweeted it,
06:21and signed off on it.
06:22So, this is not just somebody.
06:24This is not just some random people.
06:25Educate Ken on who exactly this is.
06:27I have no idea.
06:28But, again, I will say, if this is a person who, this is a person you're saying is close to
06:33Shador.
06:34Yes.
06:34Then what?
06:35He's in the inner circle.
06:35Okay, but you said we.
06:36You're just talking to people who are close to Shador.
06:38I'm talking about Browns fans.
06:39I don't hear Browns fans comparing him to Fernando Mendoza every day.
06:43Now, we have not spoken a lot about Fernando Mendoza.
06:46We haven't had a reason to.
06:47It's a non-starter for us.
06:50I've thought a couple of times, well, the Raiders have a bunch of picks.
06:55If they weren't sure, but that's a conversation about Fernando Mendoza.
07:00I will say that I have heard some people pick apart Fernando Mendoza here.
07:03Yes, because we got a month until the draft.
07:06That's how the draft works.
07:07That's how the draft works.
07:08Are these people new to the NFL in the draft process?
07:12But also.
07:12They get picked apart.
07:13That's the whole process.
07:15I don't think that Fernando Mendoza, if we're doing this, I'll play along with you on it.
07:19Because, one, I don't hear a bunch of Browns fans doing it.
07:21We're talking to Browns fans.
07:22What, the Shador fans, not Browns fans?
07:25I think that Shador fans are Browns.
07:28No, I think there's a bunch of people who don't care about the Browns who are Shador fans.
07:31Yes.
07:32Wow.
07:32Yeah.
07:32Okay.
07:33If you're talking about people on the internet, yeah.
07:36They don't care about the Browns.
07:37The second he's gone, they're Browns fans.
07:39I thought they were here rooting for the best interest of the Browns.
07:42If Deshaun Watts, oh, the best interest of the Browns is the best quarterback who plays.
07:47If Deshaun Watts ends up winning that quarterback competition, you think those folks are Browns fans?
07:52Hell no, they're not Browns fans.
07:54So, I'm talking to Browns fans.
07:56So, I'll play along with you on this.
07:57I don't mean no disrespect.
07:59I have no idea who this person is.
08:01All right?
08:02But if you're questioning which one was ridiculed more or picked apart more, Shador Fernando Mendoza, it was absolutely Shador.
08:14With 100% it was Shador.
08:17Shador changed – him and his dad changed everything in college football.
08:21I agree with that.
08:22But part of that is the fault of Shador.
08:26What?
08:26He decided to go against the grain with representing himself, not the interview stuff.
08:35We played the audio from Todd McShay.
08:37No, I'm just saying that we can't act like the season ended a year ago for Shador Sanders,
08:44and then he was arguably going to go maybe number two in the draft and then just fell out of
08:52the good graces of 32 NFL teams out of nowhere.
08:56Stuff happened.
08:57We can't act like we don't have a process for a reason.
09:00There is a reason that when your season ends and you have – now these guys have representation earlier –
09:05that they outline an entire scheme,
09:09an entire protocol for how to talk to NFL teams, how to go through the process, how to choreograph your
09:17pro day down to the last second.
09:19Guess who screwed up all of this?
09:21Shador and his people.
09:23They did.
09:23And I think it's okay to admit it and then get past it.
09:27Other guys are going to have higher profiles now coming out, and they're going to do the right things.
09:31In fact, I've heard that NFL prospects have used the Shador experience as a – I hate to say it.
09:41Yeah.
09:42As a way to not screw up your draft prospects.
09:47As to not screw up with –
09:47A cautionary tale is the word you're looking for, term you're looking for.
09:50Absolutely.
09:51So, I know you guys don't want to hear this.
09:53You think it's a grand conspiracy.
09:55You think all 32 owners got into a room and singled out one player and one player only.
10:00Again, I call that –
10:00I told you my theories on that before.
10:01I think that's fan fiction.
10:03I think you sound silly.
10:04I think you just got to get over it and admit the process was screwed up.
10:08He botched the entire thing.
10:10And now, who cares?
10:11He's got an amazing opportunity to start for one of the 32 NFL teams.
10:15And you should be feeling blessed that he's even in that position for a fifth-round pick.
10:20That also played as poorly as he did last year.
10:22That's an amazing opportunity that Shador Sanders has.
10:25And I think it looks really bad if you're sitting there dwelling out of their guys.
10:29I mean, they're sitting here every day talking about how bad Jackson Dart is and Tyler Shook.
10:33And you'll see Shador is going to be the one guy to emerge.
10:37Maybe he will.
10:38But right now, it's not looking great.
10:41It has not been off to a good start in his NFL career.
10:43And you just having to go off on Fernando Mendoza and other draft prospects to make you feel better about
10:51your situation.
10:52It's just going to make you look kind of small.
10:57I've got to be honest.
10:57You're going to have to show me during the break on all this, okay?
10:59You're going to have to show me.
