00:20Pretty wild. See how Bogle does? We're going to go back to practice here with Jorge Prado, a big one.
00:25Yeah, this is in your first practice. He wanted to try to hit this quad. Now that a few guys
00:30were doing it, Jorge comes up short and took a huge hit.
00:33They end up red flagging the practice. Jorge takes a little break over there, sits down, but he was able
00:37to return in the second one.
00:39Let's see how he's feeling for this heat race. But pretty hard hit for Jorge in that first practice.
00:44And remember, he was on the mend from the crash at Seattle. That time he lined up for the heat,
00:49wasn't able to go.
00:50I think this time we're assured he is going to be okay to race his heat. And that's just part
00:55of the learning curve, I suppose.
00:56Yeah, just part of the learning curve. The best way to soothe that is just get a whole shot.

01:03And he is good at starts, no doubt about it.
01:06Tomac in this heat race, as well as Roxen, Justin Cooper, who had a great night last time out at

01:13Aaron Plessinger back up, banged up a little bit in Indianapolis, but he is here.
01:16And we mentioned the Nichols and Vogel combo from a friend, trainer, coach to now teammates.

01:39Tomac led them in, but it's Justin Cooper with the whole shot.
01:43Justin Cooper, after getting his first win in that Triple Crown in the second race, let's see what he can
01:48do out front.
01:49So he's surprised a lot of guys by getting around Eli Tomac, maybe even himself, but look at Ken Robson.

01:56Working on Prado, who is working on Tomac.

02:05Yeah, Eli was trying to get out.

02:35And meanwhile, Justin Cooper getting away while this group battles.

02:44Yeah, I mean, Eli, he understands that you just don't want this to happen in a main event.

02:51Now they kind of spread out.
02:52Let's see if Eli can regroup and try to go after Ken Robson again.
02:59Prado's still right there, looking for running room on Tomac.
03:03Yeah, we heard Cooper Webb say in that interview how different the track is.
03:06It is a lot different.
03:07It's a lot slipperier than it was earlier.
03:09So maybe these guys, as Cooper mentioned, have to try to figure out some different setups and work on that.

03:18Yeah, I mean, it is a lot different, you know, than what it was earlier.
03:22These guys have to probably stiffen the thing up, how rutted it was.
03:24But they'll figure it out.

03:31That is for 8th and 9th.
03:34So Bogle right now is in a transfer spot in his return to racing Supercross for the first time in
03:39four years.
03:40Meanwhile, his teammate Robson up top, going for the lead.
03:43It was beautiful what Ken was doing.
03:45Justin's going to try to hold him off.
03:47But nonetheless, Ken Robson, what he was doing, was nice.
03:51And he's just going to close everybody back up.

04:10And you just have to wonder how much confidence did he gain in race two at Indianapolis,
04:14passing Eli Tomac and running away with that win.
04:18He just looks like he feels like he belongs up there now.
04:21And you see him fighting back where maybe before he would have relented by now.

04:26That's the biggest thing I've seen.
04:27We seem just to be up front before, but it's the fight back.
04:30Making those passes as Ken goes up the inside of him here.
04:33Oh, and Tomac runs it in two.

04:37He took Cooper down, and Cooper's leg is stuck in Tomac's rear wheel.

04:42This is going to be devastating for both these guys.
04:44That was just a racing incident.
04:45But he still cannot free Justin Cooper, finally, for the motorcycle.
04:51He looks to be okay.
04:53Wow.

04:58Yeah, well, he's behind Bogle.
05:01But Tomac might have a problem.

05:23And he is drifting further and further from the transfer spot.

05:36Cooper's back in the race with his past Tomac.
05:41Wow.
05:42Wow, this is going to be huge for the championship-wise.
05:45Because even if he comes back for the LCQ, now he's the last four spots.
05:49Got the air filter cover.
05:51The air box cover is loose on the left side.
05:53And you actually see that is the foam air filter.
05:56I think it popped out.
05:59Yeah, you can see.
06:00Look at the left side.
06:01See that green right there?
06:02That's the air filter.
06:04Popped out of the motorcycle.
06:05And he's going to the mechanics area.
06:11That's Jay Dungey, the mechanic.
06:13And it's really just for gate pick for the LCQ at this point.

06:17Yeah, you see Jay trying to put that air filter in.
06:20Now that air filter is not a necessity.
06:22The problem would be if he did not run that air filter, dirt could go directly into the engine.
06:27So it would be a big gamble.
06:28It's not impossible to ride like that.
06:30But you would be taking a big risk with that by taking dirt immediately into the engine and then locking
06:35it up.
06:35So it's almost at this point, it would be safer to pull in at this point.
06:39He's a lap down.
06:40He's probably going to the LCQ.
06:41But that's a really tough decision if he couldn't get the air filter back on.
06:44Yeah, I bet it was the sound that threw him off.
06:46I'm sure Eli probably would have took that chance on hopefully the dirt, you know, getting into the engine.
06:52But it was probably the sound that was throwing him off.
06:56But right now, he's got bigger problems because he's got to be in that LCQ.
07:00And when was the last time that he happened?
07:02And 2019 is the last time Eli Tomac was in a last chance qualifier.

07:17field in this heat, he's going to have a bad gate pick.

08:33between a guy who has that confidence and belief that he should be able to beat him.
