Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions: Cut 200 g of white bread into cubes. Pour 200 ml of milk over it and let it soak for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine 1 kg of ground meat and 3 eggs. Add salt, pepper, dried paprika, rosemary, and 50 g of breadcrumbs. Grate 200 g of cheese. Finely chop some parsley. Mix everything well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Chop 3 large onions. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil. Divide the meat mixture into 2 halves and shape into a loaf. Add 200 ml of water to the tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
Cut 3 potatoes into strips. Rinse the potatoes in cold water. Fry the potatoes until tender.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream with mayonnaise. Finely chop some dill. Press 2 cloves of garlic and mix well.
