00:06I'm up to 198.2.
00:08I just kind of fell off the wagon a little bit.
00:10Just been enjoying Super Bowl leftover food still and I still have more which I'm definitely
00:15going to eat so like this is not looking good for your boy but this is a physique.
00:19I did work out today.
00:20I'm already at like 7,000 steps.
00:22I did legs today.
00:22I'm about to go to work and then I'm going to do another workout when I get off so I'm
00:25just trying to outrun the bad diet until I finish all this bad food which will be today
00:29I promise I will finish all the food today.
00:39Also, I felt okay today when it came to doing my leg exercises.
00:44Today is officially leg day and I was able to do a lot of things.
00:48I went up in weight on some things so I felt good and I also feel like my leg is
00:55growing
00:55a little bit.
00:56Maybe not this one.
00:58I mean, maybe, maybe a little bit, you know, so yeah.
01:04Just getting a little bit leaner.
01:06Well, no, obviously I'm getting bigger because I've gained like eight pounds in like three
01:10days so hopefully today we can turn it around or at least tomorrow will be turned around
01:16because we'll be all done with this delicious unhealthy food that I have but just like that
