Physique update today came in at 198.2 — and yeah, it’s not my best number. I fell off the wagon over the Super Bowl and kept eating leftovers all weekend. Super Bowl Sunday is one of the biggest days for overeating and indulgent foods, and pretty much everyone feels the effects on the scale and in their body afterward.

Right now I’m feeling the bloat and the jump on the scale, but that’s normal after a weekend like this. Quick spikes after high-calorie days often come from water retention and excess sodium, not real fat gain.

When the scale goes up after a celebration, do you panic and quit — or reset, stay disciplined, and keep going?

00:04it's not looking good for your boy.
00:06I'm up to 198.2.
00:08I just kind of fell off the wagon a little bit.
00:10Just been enjoying Super Bowl leftover food still and I still have more which I'm definitely
00:15going to eat so like this is not looking good for your boy but this is a physique.
00:19I did work out today.
00:20I'm already at like 7,000 steps.
00:22I did legs today.
00:22I'm about to go to work and then I'm going to do another workout when I get off so I'm
00:25just trying to outrun the bad diet until I finish all this bad food which will be today
00:29I promise I will finish all the food today.
00:39Also, I felt okay today when it came to doing my leg exercises.
00:44Today is officially leg day and I was able to do a lot of things.
00:48I went up in weight on some things so I felt good and I also feel like my leg is
00:55growing
00:55a little bit.
00:56Maybe not this one.
00:58I mean, maybe, maybe a little bit, you know, so yeah.
01:04Just getting a little bit leaner.
01:06Well, no, obviously I'm getting bigger because I've gained like eight pounds in like three
01:10days so hopefully today we can turn it around or at least tomorrow will be turned around
01:16because we'll be all done with this delicious unhealthy food that I have but just like that
