Physique update today. Weighed in at 192.3 after doing Insanity yesterday. Nothing fancy — just kept my body moving and stayed mindful of what I was eating. That combination seems to be doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This series keeps reinforcing the same lesson: movement plus clean eating works when you stay consistent. You don’t need extremes. You don’t need to overthink it. Just keep your body active, fuel it better, and let time do its job.

00:15So if it's insanity, if it's steps, if it's working out at the gym, as long as you're
00:18getting your body moving in, your steps in, and your heart rate up, it's really hard to
00:22fail as long as you're eating well alongside that.

00:39But I am feeling a lot lighter.
00:42Well, I mean, I guess I have lost like three pounds in like two days.

01:04So I'm pretty happy about that, actually.
