Physique update today came in at 195.3 — I totally fell off the wagon over Super Bowl Sunday. I had Super Bowl leftovers that were fire, but my body is feeling the consequences with bloating and a higher number on the scale.

It’s important to remember that what shows up after a big meal or weekend is often water retention and bloating, not actual fat gain. Higher sodium, carbs, and less movement can push your weight up temporarily, especially after indulgent food.

This is normal and part of the process. The important thing now is how you respond. Tomorrow is a new day — reset the routine, trust your consistency, and get back after it.

00:08So there was a Super Bowl and then yesterday I had Super Bowl leftover food.
00:13So it's not looking great. I'm at 195.3.
00:21This is a physique after loads.
00:25And I mean loads of cheese dip.
00:31So we're up.
00:33Got some weight to lose just to get back to what we started at initially.
00:38It's been tough, but make sure you drink your water. Make sure you get your steps in.
00:42I got like 600 more steps a day and we're all done with that.
