00:00What up boys, girls, ladies and gentlemen. Today is a physique update and I may or may not have kind of fallen off the wagon.
00:08So there was a Super Bowl and then yesterday I had Super Bowl leftover food.
00:13So it's not looking great. I'm at 195.3.
00:21This is a physique after loads.
00:25And I mean loads of cheese dip.
00:31So we're up.
00:33Got some weight to lose just to get back to what we started at initially.
00:38It's been tough, but make sure you drink your water. Make sure you get your steps in.
00:42I got like 600 more steps a day and we're all done with that.
