00:00what's up boys girls ladies and gentlemen today is the physique update and i am so bloated right
00:06now i just i do not feel good i ate dinner last night and instead of eating ground beef i ate
00:12steak for the first time in three weeks and i guess my body just simply does not like red meat
00:18i feel bloated i feel sluggish i do not feel good my stomach hurts and i'm up in weight 195 even
00:26though i did my workout hit all my steps i guess my body just doesn't like red meat but here we go
00:35like i said this is me being completely bloated i do not feel good today oh man it is what it is
00:50but again today we're gonna be consistent we're gonna hit all our steps we're gonna go to the gym
00:54we're gonna get ready for the super bowl we got a lot of stuff to do and i'm gonna make sure i
01:00somehow implement to not eat red meat especially late at night or maybe ever well i wouldn't say
01:07ever on special occasions like maybe every two weeks have a cheat meal or like a refeed day or
01:12whatever you want to call it because apparently my body does not do good with red meat so that is
