Two things happening right now in my training — rehabbing my leg after ACL surgery and trying to figure out what actually grows my chest.

The leg stuff is brutal. It's weak, it hurts, and progress feels painfully slow. But I'm showing up every single session and trusting the process.

On the chest side I've been experimenting with new movements to try to break through — this week I threw in some decline bench press to see how it hits differently. Honestly? Still not sure how I feel about it. But that's the point — testing, learning, figuring out what works.
