Physique update today: 197.4 — finally moving in the right direction again. After that Super Bowl weekend spike and all the food and bloating that came with it, it took a few days to drop back down. That’s totally normal — your body holds onto water and glycogen after salty, high-carb meals, which shows up on the scale but isn’t permanent fat gain.

If I can keep pushing consistency, expect that 190s goal in a couple weeks. Real weight loss happens slowly — around 1–2 pounds per week is typical when you’re in a calorie deficit and training consistently.

00:15And just like a little FYI cheese dip, especially the kind that I make is absolutely delicious and it will

00:23I'm just I'm going to let you know it tastes good, but it's it's it hurts your body.

00:47We should get there like in the next two weeks or so, as long as we're consistent.
