Weighed in at 191.8 today, which feels good because we’re getting close to that under-190 milestone. The progress is real, even if it’s slow.

That said, the Super Bowl is tomorrow and I already know I’m going to eat a ton of food. I’ll probably be up in weight after, and that’s fine. This is part of doing fat loss in a way that’s actually sustainable instead of panicking over one day.
