00:08We're starting off with what happened this morning. River levels across Trinidad were elevated
00:13following two days of rainfall, but a slow and steady decrease occurred as we approach low tide.
00:20At 10.30 this morning, the Cariney River at El Carmen was at about 95% capacity.
00:26And over in Cariney Tampuna, it was at 76% capacity and Cariney Bamboo Settlement at 74% capacity.
00:35Now, let's take a look now at conditions in Port of Spain currently.
00:38We have a few clouds with temperatures at 27 degrees and we have winds coming east at 11 kilometers per hour.
00:46Humidity is at 83%.
00:48Over in Tobago, there's also a few clouds with temperatures at 28 degrees
00:52and winds coming from east and northeast at 15 kilometers per hour with humidity at 74%.
00:59Now, here's what we're getting tonight.
01:03Fair clouds with a light breeze and a few isolated showers with minimum temperatures at 24 degrees in Trinidad and 25 in Tobago.
01:12And the sun will come out tomorrow according to the Met Office as tomorrow will be sunny and breezy despite a few partly cloudy intervals with showers.
01:21The chance of the odd isolated thunderstorm is low.
01:25Maximum temperatures are expected at 32 degrees in Trinidad and 31 in Tobago.
01:30But enjoy the sun while it lasts because in our two-day forecast,
01:34Friday and Saturday will give us fair to partly cloudy skies with some showers and the low chance of thunderstorm activity.
01:42Both days will have maximum temperatures of 31 degrees in Trinidad and 31 in Tobago.
