01:55our doctors analyzed a skin i had done several years ago he wrote in his report i had no injuries present
02:02i in fact had a broken skull injury i almost died from try to take this issue to vulcan that would not
02:10help me in any way reverse the error of their highly experienced neuroradiology doctor i was stuck with
02:20a 700 bill they do not return phone calls my own issues are still outstanding and unresolved i'll play

02:35we're trying to follow up on the michael brant ruff mri that i had done in 2019 i was referred to this scan
02:43by north side medical associates nurse james frankie crum this is now complete health uh owned by pharaoh's capital
02:53this is located off a happy hall road trustville alabama headquarters in pell city
03:00michael brant ruff is a doctor who read the mri
03:06for st vincent's ambulatory healthcare network llc that's ascension
03:13if you're following my documentation uh you'll note here uh that in birmingham alabama uh we got a real
03:22big problem uh with uh responsibility accountability and uh radiology
03:28and this week i talked to the two main radiology companies in birmingham alabama
03:36and i recently spoke with doyle stewart ceo of birmingham radiological group
03:44according to their website they have 38 radiologists who work with them
03:49and uh here in this call you'll hear me speaking with
03:52kim mooney she is the administrative coordinator at vulcan imaging associates
03:59and uh she states that they have 37 radiologists who work with them
04:05so if you got uh radiology issues you go in to a medical practice or hospital doctor
04:14you have an x-ray mri ct scan uh these are the types of doctors uh and these may be the actual doctors
04:22who will be looking at your scan in the birmingham area
04:27and uh yeah according to my findings here uh not very uh reassuring uh if your scan is misread
04:35you discover this and you try to seek a redress on these misdiagnosis issues
04:44uh not encouraging uh my experience here

04:53yes ma'am i called last week i was trying to get in touch
04:57one of your radiologists dr michael brant ruff
05:01i had an mri scan uh that was looked at by this doctor
05:06in 2019 uh got a report with his signature on it
05:11saying i don't have injuries uh however in the mri images themselves
05:17i have evidence of a very uh serious uh head trauma based injury
05:22and yeah i was told last week uh that you guys would try to
05:26have this doctor get in touch with me so it's been about a week
05:30and i just wanted to see uh what the status of that was
05:32okay so um i did uh look into this and
05:37based on um i mean there's not anything else we can do
05:43so there's not anything that that dr ruff can do to assist you with that
05:47since the reports are even read
05:48so there's not anything we can do
05:51well i beg to differ uh this was a 700 mri scan
05:55this doctor uh was paid to have this scan looked at
05:58and he uh did not note the injuries
06:00so he is at fault
06:02and so is uh vulcan imaging
06:04we stand by that report 100 percent
06:08okay well the report is an error 100 percent ma'am
06:11can i speak to somebody in management
06:13uh yes sir i am that practice administrator
06:18okay can i speak to the head of the company

07:47you need to simply uh make an attempt to correct this error
