00:00All right, as always, you can go to YouTube channel My Medical Nightmare and see 40 plus
00:07hours video on everything that happened to me.
00:10Birmingham, Alabama is no stranger to nationwide corruption cases in the medical business sector.
00:19This city is where the Health South scandal played out nearly 20 years ago.
00:25But there is a far greater medical corruption matter brewing, and it involves the Ascension
00:34health care system.
00:36According to Wikipedia, they operate 2,600 health care sites in 19 states and Washington,
00:45D.C. in the United States of America, including 142 hospitals.
00:50They employ 142,000 people as of 2021.
00:57Ascension is a large medical industry player in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
01:04And thanks to Ascension, they have given privileges for people to operate as doctors, nurses, and
01:14other medical staff who have no business going near a mop and a broom in a doctor's office
01:22or a hospital.
01:23Patients who wind up in Ascension facilities and in front of Ascension employees who are
01:30indigent, have no source of income or insurance, are especially vulnerable, and they're being
01:37taken advantage of, they're routinely paying what little money they can come up with for
01:44a medical examination, and they're getting patient dumped and misdiagnosed on purpose regularly.
01:52This is medical fraud.
01:54There's criminal conspiracy involved.
01:57In and around Birmingham, you'll find many private medical businesses who owe their existence
02:04solely to business generated through Ascension and their various other holdings, including
02:13St. Vincent's Hospital.
02:15I was a patient at Ascension St. Vincent's East Hospital in 2019, and I found myself a victim
02:24of a string of unexplainable misdiagnoses, as well as patient dumping.
02:31When I took these issues to the doctors, I found that the radiological organizations for
02:41which the radiology specialists work are a major corruption choke point in what I've just
02:50explained.
02:52Ascension and the radiological groups would not place me in contact with the doctors directly,
02:58which they should have, to clear up these issues.
03:01In my case, I broke the underside of my skull.
03:04I had four scans done, x-ray, CT, and MRI.
03:10The scans were looked at by three state of Alabama licensed medical doctors for Birmingham
03:17Radiological Group.
03:19The pictures were taken.
03:20I looked at the doctors, looked at the images, issued their reports.
03:24They wrote down with their signature affixed that no injuries appeared.
03:30The diagnosis did not sit right with me because every time I would move my head just a little
03:38bit, there would be incredible pain and crunching bone.
03:42I went and got my medical records and those pictures.
03:46I'll put them in this video again.
03:49What you can see in these images is I had broken the underside of my skull, misdiagnosed from
03:56the outset, close to a year later, infection set up around the main wound that was unacknowledged.
04:03I almost died from this injury.
04:05There are other patients out there, like myself, who are in the process of fighting ascension.
04:12I just wanted to take this opportunity to post again my complaint to the Better Business
04:20Bureau.
04:21This exchange is documented through a third party.
04:25It's not hearsay.
04:27Birmingham Radiological Group claims they have over 50 doctors on the payroll.
04:33And look what they wrote in response to my concerns.
04:37The woman they had issued this response, Shannon Sykes, also possesses no medical credentials
04:46or qualifications in the state of Alabama.
04:49And she did not name a so licensed individual to back up her statement.
04:56And this is very concerning and telling.
04:59Again, they've got 50 doctors on the payroll.
05:03Somebody has a question about an erroneous report that shows a very serious head trauma-based
05:10injuries that somebody could easily die from.
05:12And read carefully their response.
05:16And this response alone, this should cost Birmingham Radiological Group their operating license.
05:24And the individual doctors involved should also be punished.
05:28That's my belief.
05:30Thank you for calling Birmingham Radiological Group.
05:35Birmingham Radiological Group.
05:36May I direct your call?
