Ascension's health system (142,000 employees and 142 hospitals across USA) is at the center of what may be the largest medical corruption case in U.S. history. They have empowered doctors, hospitals and partners with authority and privileges (and million dollar salaries) to operate that should not even be allowed to push a mop or broom in a professional medical setting or around those seeking medical treatment.

Birmingham, Alabama is no stranger to medical scandal, having played host to the Healthsouth debacle nearly 20 years ago but a far greater one is gathering strength, it involves patients being dumped, not receiving service (even-after paying), medical fraud, purposeful misdiagonosis and non-accountabilty after the fact. Radiology is a major chokepoint in local corruption. I share my experience as a patient dealing with 50+ doctor organization: Birmingham Radiological Group. Their response to my Better Business Bureau complaint should be required reading for any patient who deals with their doctors and any MD or business partner who interested in working with them.

Birmingham Radiological Group (Alabama) appointed Shannon Sykes (who holds no medical qualifications or certifications) through which to issue a rebuttal to my Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint as a consumer. The group's title appears on the top of a bill for one of these medical scans in 2019. 3 member doctors of this group (Julian Patrick Druhan MD, Angus Baird MD and Donald Shane Kelly MD), radiologists, misdiagnosed medical image scans (X-Rays, CT Scans & MRI scans I had done between 2018-2019 at Saint Vincent's East Hospital (Ascension) & American Health Imaging). I went into the emergency room and to doctors believing I had broken my neck or skull. The doctors took these scans and typed up in official records I had no injury. I obtained the images and written records later and found I had broken the basilar area of my skull.

In this video I share the text of their rebuttal which reads as a petty attempt to weaken the credibility of a misdiagnosed patient. This not about a patient, this is about doctors who did not do their jobs properly and misdiagnosed medical imagery and issues. It includes examples of mudslinging, attributing false statements and possibly HIPAA issues. I did not give Shannon Sykes or Birmingham Radiological Group permission to use my person health information and twist / spin it in the pursuit of supporting clear medical misdiagnosis.

Better Business Bureau (BBB), a private, nonprofit organization whose self-described mission is to focus on advancing marketplace trust. The BBB prospects successfully vetted businesses to become dues-paying 'accredited businesses' that pledge and continue to adhere to the BBB Code of Business Practices.
