സാധാരണ ദിവസത്തില്‍ ഒരു നേരമാണ് സ്വര്‍ണവില മാറിയിരുന്നത്. രാവിലെ ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് വ്യാപാരികള്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കും. അപൂര്‍വമായി ദിവസത്തില്‍ രണ്ട് തവണ വിലയില്‍ മാറ്റം വരും. ആഗോള വിപണിയില്‍ സംഭവിക്കുന്ന മാറ്റത്തിന് അനുസരിച്ചാണ് രണ്ട് തവണ വിലയില്‍ ഏറ്റക്കുറച്ചിലുകള്‍ സംഭവിക്കുക. എന്നാല്‍ ഇന്നലെ അത്യപൂര്‍വമായ വില മാറ്റമുണ്ടായി. മൂന്ന് തവണ സ്വര്‍ണ വിലയില്‍ മാറ്റം വന്നു. On a normal day, gold prices used to change only once — with traders announcing the rate in the morning.
