'ബാക്കി എല്ലാ 139 എംഎൽഎമാർക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഫണ്ട് ഇവിടെ തരാറില്ല' എന്ന് രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ റോഡ് ഉദ്ഘാടന ചടങ്ങിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.
