00:00Is going to the movies a good first date? Going to the movies can be a fun first date but just

00:04like most basic bitch first date ideas it does have some downsides. So if you want to up your

00:09dating game and get better first date results then keep watching because I'm going to explain

00:13exactly what you should do to make those movie dates better and some possible alternatives. Let's

00:17go. Is going to the movies a good first date? So first here are the downsides of taking a woman

00:25to a movie on the first date. Number one is watching the movie instead of watching your

00:29date. Basically you're not getting a chance to create strong eye contact. Eye contact is one of

00:34the keys for creating attraction. Number two no conversation but you can sort of bypass that

00:39downside. I'll get into that in another section. Number three if you choose a bad movie it's going

00:43to equal a bad association. Basically she's going to connect that shitty movie to you and that's not

00:49going to be a good thing if you want to get a second date. Number four is the money. It costs money to go

00:53to the movies and you don't have to spend money on a first date. Number five is the time. Besides

00:58possibly picking her up if you're into that and the time to get your tickets and get in line and

01:03sit and watch the movie you're probably looking at maybe three hours or more and that's a pretty long

01:08date. But it's not all bad if you want to get the most out of your first date movie then try some of

01:12the following. Number one physical contact. You can put your arm around her hold her hand or even put

01:16your hand on her lap depending on how comfortable she is. Number two flirt in her ear. That sounds weird

01:22but basically you know when you're talking in a movie you're not going to be speaking out loud so you're not

01:26having the regular kind of conversation with some distance you're going to be leaning over and

01:31talking into her ear. And the great thing about that obviously is going to create some more intimacy

01:35with your face being close to her face. Number three make out. You could make out in the movie in which

01:40case you probably have a much better movie date and possibly escalate from there. Number four invite

01:45her home after the movie. Don't just you know finish it off with a peck on the cheek but why not invite her

01:50home after. If everything went well the movie was good you made out or whatever you whispered in her ear

01:55just go for the full meal deal. So yes you can make the movie into a good date but personally I would

02:01skip out on the cost and the time involved to take someone to a movie and just invite her home for

02:05Netflix and chill instead because you can still watch a movie at home and you're in a much better

02:09environment for taking that date somewhere. Now here's some common questions about taking a girl to

02:18date and in fact going on any kind of outing with a woman is considered a date if you make it into one.
