00:00Is dinner in a movie a good first date? If you're watching this video that means you're basically

00:03shit out of ideas and you're relying on conventional dating wisdom in order to try to get to the holy

00:08land in the worst possible way. But why would dinner in a movie be such a bad idea if guys

00:12have been relying on this since they discovered fire and started making shadow puppets on their

00:16cave walls? Well just like most conventional dating ideas it's very average and if you want

00:20a very average dating life then you'll just keep doing what average guys do. But if you want an

00:24amazing dating life and an amazing sex life it's important to make some adjustments so you're not

00:27just another average Joe. So let's jump into it. Is dinner in a movie a good first date? The reason

00:36I don't like taking a woman to a dinner in a movie on a first date is because the majority of time

00:39you're going to end up spending money on somebody you're probably not going to see again. Realistically

00:43most of your first dates are not going to really go anywhere. Not only that but if you're watching

00:46a movie you're not doing the things that will create attraction. You're both looking at the

00:50movie instead of looking at each other. Which means you're not making eye contact which is one of the

00:54most important factors for creating attraction. And the dinner part isn't much better you're not

00:58going to be really having the greatest conversation with food in your mouth. At least not when you're

01:02trying to get to know somebody new. Of course this isn't always the case if you're really comfortable

01:05together then it may not be an issue but generally speaking it's better to keep the food out of your

01:09mouth while you're talking to her. So the best thing to do is keep the following in mind when you're

01:13planning your first date. Number one do something where you can keep your eyes on her eyes. Two do something

01:17where your mouth isn't full of food at least not the majority of the time. And three best of all do something

01:21where you don't spend any money. If you're more focused on creating attraction and having fun with

01:25her and getting to know her instead of having to do something like having dinner or in a movie you'll

01:29end up improving the outcome of your dates and you'll get a lot more yeses when you ask them home or for

01:33a second date. So a drink or a coffee is usually the best idea and yes that is a very basic date idea

01:38but you'll save a ton of time and money by doing one of these kind of dates or something similar and

01:42you'll be able to focus on your date. Of course as long as you don't buy more than one drink. But hey a dinner

01:46and a movie can be a great date but it's usually better once you've already gotten to know her a little bit

01:51and you're on the second, third, fourth date, maybe fifth date or maybe you're already a boyfriend

01:55and girlfriend. These are date ideas you can reserve for your fun nights out but save them

01:58for later dates and not for your first date. And here are some common questions about dinner and a

02:02movie on a first date. Is a movie date a good first date? A movie date is not really a good first date

02:06because you're focused on the movie and she's focused on the movie instead of focusing on each other

02:10and getting to know each other. Plus you're missing important elements such as eye contact which are
