A Line Sprayer is a precision marking tool designed for painting clean, straight lines on pavement, parking lots, warehouses, athletic fields, and more. It delivers professional-quality striping with adjustable line widths and consistent paint coverage—perfect for contractors, facility managers, and DIY projects that require sharp, durable markings.
In this video, we’ll show you how to set up and operate a line sprayer, load paint correctly, and adjust settings for different surfaces and line widths.
đź’ˇ Pro Tip
Always test spray on a scrap surface before starting your main project. Use guide strings or chalk lines for perfectly straight runs. Keep a steady walking pace for uniform coverage and avoid sudden starts or stops.
⚠️ Safety Reminder
Wear a respirator, safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing. Operate in a well-ventilated area. Keep spray tips clean to prevent clogging, and never point the sprayer at yourself or others. Follow paint manufacturer’s instructions for thinning and cleanup.

00:00Hello folks welcome back and here's an item that could make your job easy or you didn't think was
00:17available to put lines down traffic lines maybe in your your own small business into your parking
00:23lot maybe you're gonna do a soccer field for an event or a baseball field or and have everybody
00:32out for the weekend and you want to line a field up there for a little bit of football or something
00:36or but any case this will allow you to put a nice straight line down and the paint that's used is
00:44actual traffic paint so it dries very quickly you can adjust how wide you make the the line as well
00:51and how fast you go will depend on how you have what you have to get used to how well the line
00:57goes down so a good most common use for it is in a parking lot putting in the parking lines so you
01:08have to match the the make of paint to the line painter because the tip on these is sometimes a
01:17different shape different style that matches the the activator where these go but it's real simple
01:24you shake your can up real good as you would any spray can you'll fit it into the little holder down
01:28the bottom and and then once it's down in there and it's locked in into the holder I won't do it
01:38here obviously but you all you do is pull the trigger up and then you walk along walk along with
01:45it and as you walk along you'll create your line and there's usually a an arrow on the front or there
01:52and you can maybe put a string line or something as well with a couple of sticks to make it something to
02:00follow and then you just walk along with it pulling the trigger and then it'll make your make your line
02:05and you can also use the cans to do say arrows or wheelchair stencils any stencils that you have or
02:14numbers by just holding on to it and pulling the pulling the activator and use it as a filler but
02:21the nice thing is using this right the paint that's proper is that it's very quick drying and and see it
02:28allows you to go over it fairly quickly so it's a real inexpensive way to to put down lines professionally
02:37and certainly it presents itself with a very cost-effective way to do it so there's something
02:44else for maybe those little projects you didn't think you could do and hopefully we'll see you again soon
