Welcome everyone and thanks for stopping by. Today's movie is called It's Alive (not to be confuse with the 1974 movie of the same name) from 1969. Now I don't know about you but if I was driving across country, I'm gonna make sure I have enough gas for the trip, especially when driving through the desert. As for stopping a farm in the middle of nowhere, mmmmm, have to think about that one. My parents told me stories of Ed Gein that were not only in the papers but on the news here in NY. Now I'm not saying in this movie we're gonna have a man with a skin suit dancing around but we just might meet a farmer with one hell of a pet. And times being what they were back then, pet food was expensive. Well at least in the Ozarks. Our story starts out with a newlywed couple, Norman and Leela. Who decide that they want to honeymoon in Los Angeles (I'm guessing the guess at their wedding didn't give them any envelopes. So they hop in their car in New York and off they go. Along the way, they run out of gas when they hit the Ozarks. I guess there were no gas stations, maybe they took a wrong turn as Bugs Bunny said at Albuquerque. This is where the story goes from honeymoon to this tea taste funny to you didn't get this pet from Petco. Staring in this feeding frenzy movie we have the wonderful Tommy Kirk, the lovely Shirley Bonne, Bill Thurman, Annabelle Weenick, Corveth Ousterhouse and ??? So lets sit back, make some Dino Sours and try to enjoy. Also thanks for watching, I also have a small YouTube channel if you like to visit... https://www.youtube.com/@RonnieMclassics
