00:00But there's ways to make it fun.
00:02And so in the beginning, I need to show them other speakers that were effective.
00:05And I grew up in the 80s.
00:07And so I give them my influence.
00:09I want them to watch Templeton Peck, which was Dirk Benedict on the A-team as the face
00:13man.
00:14They need to watch Pierce Brosnan as Remington Steele.
00:17And they need to watch Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes in the 30s and 40s.
00:21Why?
00:21Because that's what I did.
00:23Why?
00:23Because it's fun, damn it.
00:25And you get to watch the face man and be smooth and rewind it and look up some of the
00:29vocabulary words because Basil Rathbone speaks in Queens English.
00:32And I feel stupid.
00:33But it's almost like when they got excited when Jim Morrison in Miami caused that riot.
00:42And there's people that can move people in certain ways.
00:46And I don't like moving people for violence.
00:48I want people to ponder and to feel emotion.
00:52And so I want them to see that there are ways that you can present something more diplomatic,
00:58strategic, strategic, and as I'm saying, just in such a brighter light compared to most
01:04people that are just really lazy sometimes in their speech.
01:08And so that means for me.
