00:06a linkedin post about you know something their their intent was is to highlight the merits of
00:12working from home and they say you know how great it is i sleep in later i will get up
00:16i'll have
00:17breakfast with my wife we'll go on a walk and then i'll go into work for a couple hours and
00:21then i go and do a ride on my bike and exercise and then i'll work a couple more hours
00:25and i
00:26usually knock off early to go play golf and you know to that one you know that individual saying
00:30this is life is great and i love working from home and yet a lot of the employers i know
00:33are saying
00:34it sounds like he's working for four hours a day and i'm paying him for eight hours a day and
00:38you
00:38know how is this fair and i'm not getting the productivity and so i think that people are
00:42trying to figure out how do i keep the culture and also how do i keep productivity up any thoughts
00:48on

01:38doing
01:39in 20 say what you want to say there are people out there that are just incredible scratch golfers
01:45and and so i am willing to as long as they are giving what the company wants and they're not
01:52cancers to the company and they're not producing bad habits in others then i believe that i can work
01:59with somebody like that but if
