It was a dominant showing from Kraken in the 60-mile class, as the boat powered its way to the overall title at the Power Boats Association National Championships.

The event saw top competitors from across the country take to the water, battling challenging conditions and high speeds.

But when the spray settled, Kraken stood tall claiming top honours and cementing its place as the fastest in its class.

00:00All the TTPBA Regatas for 2025 have been completed to determine the champions in each category.
00:07Taking the 130 mile class was Mr. Solo 2.

00:17The 70 mile winner was Extreme Measures.
00:20The 60 mile belonged to Kraken which actually won the overall national championships.
00:25Thanos won the 50 mile and Arrow took the Spec class.
00:30Meanwhile, Extreme Measures Throttleman Jonathan Turdier is a relieved man after his vessel came out on top once again in the 70 mile class.
00:39We are very pleased to be able to defend our title.
00:42We started off this season a little shaky as we fell behind after the first two regatas.
00:48But then we were able to regain our lead at the top of the table by the third regatta.
00:54And we were able to maintain our consistency for the remainder of the season
00:58which allowed us to retain the top spot in the 70 mile per hour class for 2025, the national championship series.
01:07Tudier's colleague Jonathan Moutet is the main driver for Extreme Measures.
