00:01Terry, I know you're getting ready for the great race, the 60 mile power class with Devil's Advocate. How ready are you?
00:09Well, we're as ready as we could be. We're trying to check through every little nut and bolt.
00:14You know, this is a race, not for the swift, but who can endure it?
00:19You know, it's 90 miles of racing, different water conditions.
00:23So we're trying our best to have the boat as prepared as possibly could and we have to leave the rest in the Lord's hands.
00:31How confident are you?
00:33Very. We had the last outing with the boat we came and us do two races to get a little shake down and see where we stand with the rest of the boats.
00:43And to be honest with you, I'm very pleased with the performance of the vessel so far.
00:48And as I say, once everything holds together, I'm predicting that I might be in the first three boats to Tobago.
00:57Who's your driver and what's the chemistry like?
01:00Right. My driver is Chad Vieira, the owner of the vessel.
01:03It's basically a Formula 3 hull, 24 feet long.
01:07It is all locally built from the hull to the engine and he's a very good driver.
01:15So any water conditions, anything that is presented to us, I'm sure we'll be able to handle it.
01:21And as you speak about ownership, I understand you're the owner of John Wick, the other vessel that's taking part in the 60 mile.
01:27So you'll be racing against your own vessel. How does it feel?
01:30Well, as I say, when you come to the office, it's time to work.
01:34One team, one dream, as I tell you boys.
01:38Same camp, we come out in the same yard, we help each other.
01:41And I'm ready to take one any challenge.
01:44My friends, but on race day, we are not friends.
