00:49game number one in this series on
00:51Sunday the guard play was
00:53outstanding for the Cavs 85
00:57points this trio combined for
00:58really they've been doing it all
01:00season long and what's key though
01:03is that their best players showed
01:04up and showed out Donovan Mitchell
01:07really set the tone for this
01:09Cavs team coming off just an
01:10incredible season on both sides of
01:12the ball he spent a lot of time
01:14attacking the interior of that heat
01:17defense he got where he wanted
01:19winning one at all throughout the
01:21course of that game and he was
01:22also able to have an impact
01:24defensively as well that Cavs team
01:26looked every bit like the one seed
01:28in that first matchup 30 point
01:32performance for Donovan Mitchell as
01:34we take a look at tonight's Carmack
01:37starting lineups and for Eric Spolstra a
01:40change in the starting lineup Davion
01:43Mitchell is in and the veteran Alex

02:03of the thinking is he gives them a

02:40expect that the Heat are going to
02:42come back and be a little bit

05:30time in terms of the turnaround

05:35intensity games in six days and

05:50yeah it's a great job defensively
05:52and that's the advantage of where
05:53even though he's wrong has
05:55tremendous talent him playing the
05:57five allows for Adebayo that's what
06:02this Cav team does well they
06:04shoot it as well as anybody in our
06:06league from three but it allows
06:08Bam to then guard Mobley here's

06:36spacing it and Kenny Atkinson
06:38talked about it you know he came
06:39over some of the little tweaks
06:40he kind of allowed Mobley to take
06:43more of that kind of the top of
06:45the key area right there featuring
06:46him more on the perimeter he's
06:48got more confident in it that also
06:50helps their spacing and boy have
06:52they rewarded him with an
06:54incredible season this year Miami
06:57out to a ten five start here in
07:02Davey on a Mitchell waiting on
07:05Jason Goble a heat four or five
07:11to start some pressure on the
07:13inbounds Cavaliers two of six
07:20on the Mitchell up top with
07:22Garland on them Wiggins comes up

10:20they went off in game one they combined for 57 points
10:24and they did it officially so how do you stop them in game two
10:27while you insert Davion Mitchell that helps
10:29I talked to him before the game and he said we got to put more pressure on them
10:33we got to be more physical he said the duo took advantage of second chance points
10:37offensive rebounds 50-50 balls that ended up getting them open shots and gaining rhythm
10:42and don't forget about Ty Jerome Davion said there's no drop off there
10:46he said Jerome's a really good player who makes great reads and can really shoot the Rockies

10:55and had 16 points alone in that fourth quarter
10:59eight second eight second violation on the Cavaliers that's already their third turnover had all of eight in game one
11:07yeah they did took great care of the basketball that first game that full board pressure

11:16and just extending the pressure not necessarily always trying to turn you over but what you're doing is trying to eat up clock
