00:14 There is a difference between worry and anxiety. Our elders have said that if you remove worry
00:21 from the point, it is like anxiety. So why does it happen? Why does it happen? Because
00:28 today is the time of great ambitions and amenities. And what is it? Human should run his great
00:35 ambitions and ambitions in his mind. If God has given wisdom to every human, then why
00:42 not? But when those ambitions are not fulfilled by a human, then he feels a lot of pain. And
00:49 when that pain happens, then a person starts thinking that now my life is not going to

01:57 of sleep remains, he remains calm. But then his mind starts working. So the mind becomes
02:02 a racing mind. In this situation, a person controls his mind. Because no matter how much
02:07 he controls it, his mind goes to that place. And no one has the cure for this disease.
02:15 The doctor can give you sleeping pills. You will sleep till then. But when you sleep,
02:20 your mind will also work. Because you will not be able to sleep properly. The more the
02:25 dose of medicine, the more it will work. So now how to get rid of this anxiety? Because
02:31 today, the human society is very upset with this. Especially our teenagers or those who
02:38 do jobs, they are also very upset. So I will tell you a simple remedy in this. And you
02:43 don't have to do anything. Just give it 10 to 15 minutes. There is a woman's remedy
02:50 in this. You continue it. Close your eyes. And take deep breaths and leave them. This
03:05 will take you at least 5 to 15 minutes. And keep doing it. After 15 minutes, you will
03:12 feel a little heat in the body. Or when oxygen goes into the body, your head will feel a
03:17 little dizzy. So don't be afraid of this. Oxygen reaches the nerves, so the body feels

03:32 it, it's okay. You do this for 5 to 15 minutes. And then sit in a calm and happy mood. And
03:42 just breathe. And don't move your body like a needle. Set a timer and close your eyes.

03:56 sit like this. Or you will not do this. People start doing this. Meditation means that you
04:03 are sitting for 15 minutes, so you are in treatment. So what to do in this? Just like a needle.
04:10 Even if you sit for 5 minutes, but set a timer and sit like this. So you will see that your
04:17 mental strength and physical strength is released from these diseases in 15 days to a month.
04:26 And there is nothing to do in this. Just do this pranayama for 5 to 15 minutes. And your
04:33 body should not be focused on anything for 5 to 15 minutes. Just be in this that after
04:40 15 minutes you will sit like a needle. Just see, we have the strength of the soul. We have
04:47 the body of Lord Shiva. We have the God of the soul. We will not let that be sad. The
