00:30 So, I am gonna show you few simple exercise with which you can have your butt in proper shape.
00:35 Whether you are a man or a woman, whatever kind of dress you wear you should have a proper attractive body.
00:42 So, without going to gym or without using any equipment you can have a great body with your butt in proper shape.

00:51 So, let's start with exercise no-1. Just make sure you should have a proper posture, your spine should be straight.
00:57 It should not curve ahead. Your butt should be up, spine straight.
01:02 And you can lean forward according to your convenience. You can be little up or you can be little more down.
01:10 And you have to just lift your leg up and make sure when you are lifting.
01:17 When you are lifting your leg don't lift it from your knees, lift it from your hip joint.
01:22 Breathe out very slowly, lift up your leg.
01:28 This you can do around 10-15 in the beginning.
01:38 Exercise no-2. Again here in the same position and rotate your one leg backward.

02:40 Butt will be straight, hips out and what you have to do is.
02:44 Just keep one leg here, your toes lift it and then keep it to the next side.
02:51 Breathing should be when you lift up your leg, you should breathe out.
02:57 You can also breathe on your toes, you can also stand on your toes.
