00:38 You can do this exercise with keeping your feet together or little apart

00:53 and don't bend ahead, go little back

00:59 Well, this was exercise no-1. Exercise no-2 specially for the tire
01:22 If you can't do without support, you can take a support and do this exercise
01:25 This will give a pressure specially at this portion
01:32 Exercise no-3, its similar to the exercise no-1
01:43 But earlier you are just bending, but this time when you bend you can do
