00:00Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, what does that mean? That's a line.
00:03Previously on My Big Fat Fabulous Life.
00:06It's not there. Not pregnant.
00:09I don't think I have it in me to try insemination again because I cannot stand to fail.
00:15The view. Yeah.
00:17Whitney is in love with this place.
00:19I mean, who wouldn't want to run away and start over with their life?
00:22Isaiah and I haven't huddled on a couch in probably six years or more.
00:27Jessica seems eager to leave Greensboro, even though she has a whole life in Greensboro with Isaiah.
00:33I haven't had this conversation with my husband, but I just don't know how much more I can take of it.
00:37This is the first time I've heard Jessica say that maybe she's done done.
00:42I have made the decision to pivot.
00:45I signed a lease in Salem and I'm moving.
00:48You met Sabrina and Corinne and you were like, these are way better than my current friends.
00:52This is a pattern for Whitney.
00:54She gets dissatisfied with her life and she runs away from home.
00:59Hello!
01:00I'm moving to a new state.
01:01I'm embarking on something that should be really fun and exciting.
01:04All right, ladies.
01:05But Ashley is very pissed.
01:07Do we have an itinerary for this trip?
01:09She just decided this, like, what, two days ago.
01:11So, I mean, couldn't have had too much time, huh?
01:14Lord Jesus.
01:15This is the highway to hell.
01:34Oh, my butt!
01:35Don't know how much I can stand these sweatpants anymore.
01:38I think I might change in the bathroom.
01:40What?
01:41Does it feel like we have been seriously traveling for so long?
01:44Thank you for driving.
01:46Right hot out, isn't it?
01:47Muggy-like.
01:51We are only about four hours into this road trip somewhere in Virginia and things are tense.
01:58Dad just texted.
01:59He said, are you driving all the way to Salem today?
02:01I'm going to go inside and change.
02:02Okay.
02:03If you want, I can get some water for Goose.
02:04Are you sure?
02:05Or the waitress can bring it out or whatever.
02:07Yeah.
02:08All right.
02:09I'll be back.
02:10I'm going to get shot.
02:11Ashley is technically supporting my move to Salem by coming with me.
02:15But if she's still this pissed and she's not going to talk to me, I'm going to have to address it.
02:20Okay, I feel so much better.
02:21Oh, you look...
02:22There's no way I was going to make the rest of the trip in the sweatpants.
02:24I was going to say, you look so much better.
02:26Well, I know I do.
02:27Hi, how are you?
02:28Good, how are you?
02:29Welcome to the Goose.
02:31It's been four long, excruciating hours of awkward silence.
02:37So I'm really looking forward to some kind of resolution here.
02:40Because so far, this has been the road trip from Hill.
02:44What'd you got there?
02:45I don't know.
02:46This is the gift he got.
02:47He's right cute about it, isn't he?
02:48He is.
02:49Oh my God, I know what this is.
02:52He brought this home the other day with the baby bed that he made.
02:56Yep.
02:57Stop.
02:58And the stuffed animals and...
02:59Oh my God.
03:02I know I'm tired because I'm about to cry, Lord.
03:04No.
03:07This gift that my dad has given me breaks my heart a little bit
03:10because he's making it so clear that he does not want me to give up on motherhood.
03:14And I just feel like I don't have control over it.
03:18And that's such a pain point.
03:22He's just like now going into overdrive to make sure that I know that he thinks that I should be a mom,
03:27but that's what he wants.
03:28Is that still what you want?
03:30Yeah, and it's frustrating because of course it's what I want.
03:35And Angie said something to me at the party, not unlike something that you said to me that really upset me actually.
03:41What she said or what I said?
03:43What both of you said actually.
03:44Although she said it a lot nicer than you said it.
03:46Well, I've known you longer, so what did she say?
03:50Like, I hope you're not making the wrong decision.
03:53I mean, I'm just going to have to say it because I don't want to spend the rest of this trip like this.
03:58I'm here.
03:59I know, but there's no point in being here if you are feeling in such a way that you can't even talk.
04:06I just feel like the way I found out and how soon, like just a group announcement and how soon it is just very much caught me off guard.
04:23But I wanted to tell everybody at one time and I knew there was no other time, especially with the way we don't even have friends anymore.
04:28Like we literally do not have a friend group anymore.
04:30So there's no way I was going to get everybody together to tell them something unless it was for my birthday.
04:34I don't necessarily feel like it had to be a group announcement.
04:37Hi, I'm sorry for interrupting.
04:38Oh no.
04:39On your hot dogs, we do have some choices for toppings.
04:42Whitney knew there would be reasonable objections to this and she didn't want to hear it.
04:49She just wanted to do what she wanted to do.
04:51And I mean, I feel a little hurt and discarded, you know, just thanks for the memories, everyone.
04:59I'm moving to Salem.
05:00I'm going to have new friends.
05:02I don't know how to feel about that.
05:07I guess everyone's trying to be supportive, but telling me like, I hope you're making the right decision or you're going to regret this, which is what Angie said to me, it's not helpful.
05:15And it really just makes me feel like because if I could be pregnant, I would be.
05:19It's not happening for me.
05:21I want to clarify.
05:23I can't clarify for Angie, but I'll clarify for me.
05:26I'm hurt and like taken aback by how quickly it's happening.
05:30I need time to adjust.
05:33Of course I support you.
05:34If I didn't, would I be here?
05:36Absolutely not.
05:37No, but that's why I want you to fix your attitude.
05:38Well, I-
05:39Because I was ficused upon egregiously at my own birthday party and left to cry.
05:42I'm sorry I made you cry on your birthday.
05:45Thank you for your apology and I do apologize.
05:47I truly did not know that you were going to be this affected and it, in a way, does make me feel loved.
05:52In a way.
05:53It should definitely make you feel loved.
05:55Well, I'm saying I might have done the delivery a little bit differently, but thank you for caring.
06:00A little bit of that is just like, I mean, jealousy.
06:03Like, you're just going to just uproot and go and be like, well, I'm this single, fun woman with my witchy, fun new friends in Salem, Massachusetts.
06:12And that's fair.
06:13Yeah.
06:14Like, and I can admit that.
06:15I also feel that way.
06:16Yeah.
06:17I can admit that.
06:18You know I get territorial.
06:19We have been friends for more than half of our lives.
06:24I mean, this is not going to change that, but I think we really have to make a better effort.
06:30Well, it has to be intentional.
06:31Yes.
06:32I mean, it's going to be like that with all my relationships, you know?
06:34Yes.
06:35And I'm aware of that.
06:37It's not like it's not something I'm not thinking about.
06:39Of course, I'm thinking about my dad.
06:41Don't worry, I've got a very close eye on Glenn.
06:43Well, I know you do, but I just, you know, I do, I do worry.
06:46And like, the fact that he encourages me and wants me to be following my life and dreams and whatever, and I've decided to actually do it.
06:53Well, that makes me feel good about myself, you know?
06:56Yeah.
06:57Leaving my life in Greensboro, I'm leaving behind a lot of wonderful things.
07:02Like, my father, who I do not have, you know, an infinite amount of time with, and I'm leaving my friends.
07:08And I feel like I'm really taking a leap of faith, hoping that I can find fulfillment and happiness in Salem.
07:16But I also feel like it's something that I have to try.
07:20Are we done, Ficus?
07:21Yeah.
07:22Yeah.
07:24I love you.
07:25Love you, too.
07:26Cheers to that.
07:27Cheers.
07:28I'm ready to start having some fun and get rid of the awkward silence.
07:30Cheers.
07:31Okay, we don't need to relax.
07:32Cheers.
07:33Cheers.
07:34All right, cheers.
07:35Oh, my God.
07:38Can you all look at New York City?
07:41Concrete jungle.
07:42Anyway.
07:47Day one, a road trip.
07:49Day one.
07:52Oh, look at the harbor.
07:54A New England town by the water.
07:55Imagine why anybody would want to move here.
07:57This is so cute.
08:09I didn't know it was an inn.
08:11Only the best for my bitches.
08:14Oh, Goosey, we made it, baby.
08:16After a long day on the road, we have decided to stop in Connecticut.
08:20I booked us a really cute little, like, waterfront in so that we can wake up a little bit refreshed, hopefully, before we head into Salem.
08:29Oh.
08:30Oh.
08:31Also, it's just a way to say thank you to Ashley and Jessica for coming with me.
08:35Well, we got here at the perfect time, because look at this.
08:38I got y'all the nicest view.
08:40Thank you for doing this.
08:41Oh, Whitney.
08:42Well, let's get dressed.
08:43Let's do it.
08:44Or undressed, as it were.
08:46I'm so glad Whitney thought to do this.
08:48Honestly, when we were still fighting, part of me wondered if she just, like, wanted warm bodies in the car for her road trip.
08:55So the fact that she's, like, planned this shows me that Whitney really has, like, thought about the way she wants to spend our time together before she moves away.
09:06I feel very Texas Chainsaw.
09:08And you look at two.
09:13I didn't realize it was going to have an actual face on it.
09:15Oh, it smells good.
09:19Here, fix my face.
09:20Okay, here.
09:21Oh, did you just...
09:23I feel like you're more cute.
09:24I just feel like we're an old apartment.
09:31It's been 13 almost years, Whitney, since we've lived together in our old apartment.
09:36Is this right?
09:37Let me see.
09:43I think my face is too small for the sake.
09:44It's your mouth about it.
09:50How long does this stay on for?
09:51It's uncomfortable.
09:52I, like, like it.
09:53I, like, find it soothing.
09:54And I think that this night has ended up a lot better than the morning started.
09:57Sure did.
09:58And we have made it all in one piece.
10:00And we're all on speaking terms.
10:02Nobody's ficus.
10:03No one is ficus.
10:04That's the best part about it.
10:06I'm just personally so glad that Whitney and Ashley managed to get through all of their drama because the tension and the awkwardness was really killing my vibes.
10:16And with all of this stuff that I'm going through in my personal life, I really could use a nice, relaxing vacation with my girlfriends.
10:23Oh, my God.
10:25Oh, wow.
10:26Oh.
10:29Yo.
10:30Have you talked to Dad?
10:32Mmm, not since, like, lunchtime.
10:34I've been calling him all day.
10:35He hasn't answered me.
10:37I'm at your house.
10:38Have you changed the, uh, the code to get in?
10:41No, it's .
10:43Did you ring the doorbell?
10:44Maybe his hearing aids are out.
10:46No, I didn't ring the doorbell, but his car is here.
10:48Let me track him.
10:49Well, who, where would he be without his car?
10:51I don't know.
10:52Oh, my face ID doesn't work.
10:53I got on a mask.
10:58Um, it says he's at home address right now.
11:02Hold on, I'll just go into the security camera.
11:04And he probably sitting there watching TV with his, with his ears out.
11:08With his ears?
11:09Probably.
11:10His ears out.
11:11What, the hearing aids?
11:12Hunter?
11:13Hunter?
11:14What?
11:15Get in the house.
11:16He's on the floor, in the den.
11:17He's on the floor in the den.
11:18Hunter, get in there.
11:20Dad!
11:21Hunter, call 911.
11:22Call 911.
11:23I do not understand what is happening.
11:27Daddy?
11:35Hunter, he's on the floor in the den.
11:37Yes!
11:38Yes!
11:39Call 911.
11:40Call 911.
11:41Daddy?
11:42My dad is on the floor of my living room back in Greensboro.
11:44I can see him on my security camera.
11:46I can't tell if he's hurt, if he's sick, if he's even breathing.
11:49And I am hundreds of miles away from him.
11:56Did you fall down?
11:57Oh my God, he's moving.
11:58Get up, get up, get up.
11:59Daddy?
12:00Get on the couch.
12:01Can he hear me?
12:02All right.
12:04Or am I hearing Hunter's phone?
12:05What am I hearing?
12:06Hunter?
12:07Can you hear me?
12:08I got him.
12:09I can see you.
12:10Are you okay?
12:11What?
12:12What?
12:13Hey.
12:14Yeah.
12:15Okay.
12:16Well, I still feel funny.
12:19Glenn, did you fall?
12:21Did you fall down?
12:22I just sat down.
12:23What do you mean?
12:24Sat down?
12:25I got real dizzy and I sat down.
12:28Is his breathing okay?
12:30Hunter, take his pulse.
12:31He seems fine.
12:32I got some of that stuff.
12:35CBD or something.
12:36Oh my God.
12:37Like gummies?
12:38Oh my God.
12:39I was having some trouble sleeping, so I went into Whitney's medicine cabinet.
12:45How much did you take?
12:47Well, two or three of them.
12:49Daddy, that's not, you're not supposed to take no two or three of them.
12:52Dad?
12:53Oh my God.
12:54I leave for one day.
12:56Not even a whole 24 hours and you're in my medicine cabinet.
12:59See, and that's our first problem.
13:01CBDs are made from the cannabis plant.
13:03You can use them for pain or to help you relax or sleep, but you're only supposed to take one.
13:08Like what would possess you?
13:09It's obviously not candy.
13:11Like it's in my, ah.
13:14I'm literally having a heart attack, Dad.
13:18Oh my God.
13:19Jess, did you call that one?
13:20Not yet.
13:21He picked him up right when I was about to call.
13:23I think he's okay.
13:25We were trying to relax.
13:26So was your dad.
13:28I don't know what got into me to eat these gummies, but I really only had three of them,
13:35I think.
13:36And a half.
13:38And I noticed I was really kind of lightheaded.
13:41And next thing I know, I'm taking a nap on the floor.
13:46All right.
13:47He's laid down in the bed.
13:49He just needs to rest, I guess.
13:51Can you sleep at the house tonight?
13:53Because you know he gets up five, six times in the night to use the bathroom and he's going to get up to be disoriented.
13:57Okay.
13:58Well, I'll keep an eye on you.
13:59I'm trusting you, Hunter.
14:00I got it.
14:01I'll text you later.
14:02Bye.
14:03Bye.
14:04Jesus.
14:05Lord.
14:06In heaven.
14:07On the CBD.
14:08Not Glenn overdosing on CBD laid out on the floor.
14:10On the CBD.
14:11Couldn't even leave him floor.
14:14Couldn't even leave him for a weekend.
14:16A day.
14:17Glenn floor.
14:18How often do you think you're going to be checking those cameras now?
14:21Constantly.
14:22Constantly.
14:23Yeah.
14:24Well, that wasn't really what I needed the night before I decided to start my whole new life.
14:29About a thousand miles away.
14:31This is exactly the kind of thing that I was worried about.
14:34And I know I'm going to be up all night wondering if he's going to be okay.
14:37So, do I have reason to be stressed?
14:39I think so.
14:41Glenn floor.
14:42Well, thank God he does have three standing appointments with you at the gym every week.
14:47Yeah.
14:48If the cats are eating him, it'll only be for about 48 hours.
14:50Oh, my God.
15:02Oh, my goodness.
15:04Oh, and it's just crisp enough.
15:06As soon as I felt that breeze, I knew it was just for you.
15:10I can still smell these flowers.
15:11A New England breeze.
15:12Oh.
15:13Ladies.
15:14Home stretch.
15:15For real, for real.
15:17We have certainly had our ups and downs on this trip.
15:22Good Lord help us all.
15:23However, just a couple more hours and we will be arriving to my new home in Salem, Massachusetts,
15:30which sounds so weird to say.
15:32And I cannot wait.
15:36I called Dad this morning.
15:38He didn't answer.
15:39He's in his nap spot.
15:40That's where he naps.
15:41He goes behind that shopping center and takes naps.
15:43Like in the car?
15:44Yes.
15:45He does it every day.
15:46Oh, my God.
15:47Let him nap.
15:48No, I gotta try.
15:49I just gotta make sure he's okay.
15:50Hello?
15:51Dad?
15:52Yeah?
15:53What are you doing?
15:54Well, I'm working on some stuff that I'm shopping on.
15:59Well, I do see that you're in your nap spot.
16:01Well, I'm multitasking.
16:03I'm taking a nap and also working.
16:05Okay.
16:06Oh, my God.
16:07I knew he was taking a nap.
16:09Did you go to the gym this morning even though you didn't have Jessica?
16:11Yes, I did.
16:12Okay.
16:13I love to hear that.
16:14Thank God you've been doing the training because remember how difficult it was for you to get
16:18down on the floor and up again.
16:20And yesterday you were able to just get yourself down on the floor without hurting yourself.
16:24I don't remember.
16:25Dad was on muscle memory.
16:31All right.
16:32Love you.
16:33I'll call you later.
16:34All right.
16:35Love you.
16:36Bye.
16:37God.
16:38Are you getting more excited the closer we get?
16:42Yeah.
16:43Have you already relocated on the app?
16:45No.
16:46I got a couple friends up here and now I need a man.
16:49If you find a man, you're really never coming home.
16:52Well, that might be true.
16:53Oh, look, I've got some super light.
16:54Well, that's a no and that's a no.
16:57Chad with two Ds.
16:58I can't do that.
17:00This is coming from someone who's like, I'm going to die alone.
17:04Bitch, look.
17:05This is not a 2D Chad.
17:07Just because I'm going to die alone doesn't mean I can't have the damn standards.
17:13I know that Whitney has experienced a lot of disappointment when it comes to her love
17:17life, but there's another side to that.
17:19Like she has the opportunity to move to another place and meet new people and put herself
17:24out in a whole new dating pool.
17:26Really?
17:27No, we've got to be in Salem.
17:28We're only seven minutes away.
17:29Are we really?
17:30When did that happen?
17:31We're only seven minutes away.
17:32To have the opportunity to start fresh, you know, I'm a little bit jealous.
17:36This is my street.
17:37This is my street.
17:38This is my street.
17:39This is my street.
17:40There it is.
17:41Oh, my gosh.
17:42Look at it.
17:43Oh, wow.
17:44One more spot just for you.
17:45And the beach is just right here.
17:46Goose, we're home.
17:47Come on, Goose.
17:48Here we are.
17:49And here she'll stay.
17:50And here she'll stay.
17:51Come on, Goose.
17:52I honestly can't believe it.
18:08Like this is my home in Salem.
18:09I live in Salem.
18:11I feel like I have to say it out loud more to make it real.
18:15We're home.
18:16Go Goose, we're home.
18:18I feel in my gut like I know I made the right decision
18:22and that is very validating.
18:24Goosey, what you think, girl?
18:26Oh, look at that view.
18:31You know, seeing the condo is bittersweet
18:34because it's beautiful.
18:37This is really cute.
18:39And honestly, it makes me a little nervous
18:42that maybe she won't come back to Greensboro
18:44because this is right up Whitney's alley.
18:47I feel like this is your style, too.
18:50It reminds me of your bathroom at your true home
18:52in Greensboro, North Carolina.
18:55You mean my primary residence?
18:57That do mean that. That works for me, too.
18:59As long as it remains primary.
19:02There is a moment of, like, sadness,
19:04like, we're going to be leaving without Whitney
19:06at the end of this.
19:07And, you know, there's a part of me
19:09that's also just kind of living vicariously
19:11through Whitney.
19:12In this moment, she's very carefree
19:14and gets a clean slate,
19:16so I get why she wants to be here
19:18and I'm glad she has a guest room.
19:21Isn't it just enough?
19:23It really is just enough.
19:25Tomorrow, Sabrina is having us, like,
19:29a welcome party with, I don't know who,
19:31I guess, her friends?
19:32Is she bringing boys for you?
19:34I don't know.
19:35I honestly have no idea who's going to be there.
19:36I'm already starting my new life in Salem
19:40and I definitely have got to get out of the house.
19:42I've got to take advantage of all my invitations
19:43and opportunities.
19:44I cannot isolate anymore
19:46because this is going to be a different life
19:48than the one I had in Greensboro.
19:50You want to go upstairs?
19:52Yeah.
19:52Show us upstairs.
19:53Finish the tour.
19:54Come on, Goose.
19:55Okay.
19:56Is Lucy you coming or are you staying?
19:59Her just living her best little life.
20:01Come on, Goose.
20:02We'll see.
20:03There's something between us.
20:05How have you considered
20:06just seeing how things could go with a woman?
20:09I would be interested.
20:10We'll see.
20:11There may be a lot of life changes on the horizon.
20:14You can see.
20:24I hear people talking in the back.
20:26God, the girls really have nice elbows.
20:27They really do.
20:29Hello.
20:29Oh, my gosh.
20:30Oh, my goodness.
20:31If it isn't the mask for myself.
20:32If it's not.
20:33If it's not.
20:35This is what happens when you misbehave in our house.
20:38Oh.
20:39I thought you liked some misbehaving.
20:41Hi.
20:41Good to see you.
20:43I'm feeling really spoiled.
20:45Sabrina is throwing a little backyard party
20:48with her friends
20:49to make me feel really welcome into Salem.
20:52And apparently some single men will also be here.
20:55Can I get you all a drink?
20:57Sure.
20:57Yeah.
20:58Come on in.
20:58Sabrina.
20:59Wait, look at the cake that Sabrina made you.
21:01Yeah, a whiskey.
21:02I'm just so excited you're here.
21:03Where does this go?
21:05What should I put this in?
21:06Oh, my God.
21:07And it's red velvet.
21:09So cute.
21:10Welcome to New England.
21:12And thank you guys for coming.
21:13I know it's kind of weird to show up to a party
21:14when you don't even know the people.
21:15But I do appreciate it.
21:17Thank you for making me feel welcome.
21:18And how do we know everybody here?
21:20Okay.
21:21Gina works at Maddie's, the local bar.
21:24The local bar.
21:24Okay.
21:25All right.
21:25Alex owns an awesome wine shop in Beverly called The Bottle Shop.
21:30And then these are the Kelseys.
21:31Blonde Kelsey is my friend from childhood.
21:33And this is her fiance, Kelsey.
21:34So I've heard about you two on the podcast, right?
21:37Most likely.
21:38Yes.
21:38The Kelseys.
21:39And then this is Payne, my partner, who I own the house with.
21:42Yeah.
21:42This is so nice.
21:44I am so happy to have Sabrina and Corinne here in Salem.
21:48And I definitely hope to make more friends and hope to be more social,
21:52which is something that I'm definitely out of practice doing.
21:55Is this a fire pit?
21:57It is a fire pit, but we don't have firewood or starter.
22:00Right.
22:01So it's just a centerpiece.
22:02Just like you told me, this is going to be a party with a lot of single men.
22:04And there's no men or single men.
22:06Alex, I have a bone to pick with you.
22:07I asked Alex to bring single men and he did not.
22:10Alex, what happened?
22:11I don't really know any.
22:12And also, you don't want to date the guys that I actually do know.
22:14Everybody says that.
22:15Every time I'm like, do you have a friend?
22:16They're like, you wouldn't want them.
22:17I mean, you're pretty picky.
22:18When the first time you came and there was that really cute guy at Gulu Gulu,
22:21you should hit him up again.
22:22I don't think he was of the heterosexual persuasion.
22:25I think you're scared of love.
22:26No.
22:28I think you are.
22:29That's not true.
22:29You find lots of reasons.
22:30No, he wasn't straight.
22:32Maybe she meets a man up here.
22:35Nice, burly.
22:36Flannel.
22:37Flannel.
22:39Yeah.
22:39A beard.
22:41I don't know what's her type.
22:43You tell us.
22:43We'll find him.
22:44We'll find him.
22:44We'll find him.
22:45There's a lot of men in Boston.
22:46Yeah, lots of them.
22:47Older dating pool, too.
22:49She'll do better here.
22:50I gotta go.
22:52Baby duty.
22:52Oh, no.
22:53I love you.
22:54Well, now you live here.
22:55I was going to say, you'll see us very soon.
22:58You've had a lot of romantic moments, you two.
23:00There's something between us.
23:02You forget men.
23:03Maybe that's why she's finding excuses not to be with the men.
23:07Bye, Corinne.
23:08Bye, guys.
23:08I'll see you guys soon.
23:10We'll get together.
23:11But have you, though, considered just like...
23:14Enjoyed it?
23:14Oh.
23:14I was like, well, yeah.
23:16Just seeing how things could go with a woman.
23:18Well, yeah.
23:18We know I've considered it.
23:19That was a long time ago, though.
23:21That was.
23:22I do prefer men, but I only had a shot at dating one woman years ago, who was a friend
23:28from, like, high school, Amanda.
23:33And that was really lovely.
23:35I didn't feel like the timing was right, but honestly, it's sad that I've only dated
23:39men since, because look at where that's gotten me.
23:43Well, if anyone needs an in to the lesbian scene, just let us know.
23:46And I probably don't know.
23:47No, honestly, I would be interested.
23:49Pop over to P-Town one time this summer.
23:52You never know.
23:53I'm excited about the opportunity to start somewhere fresh with a whole new dating pool.
23:58And honestly, I don't think I would rule out dating women.
24:01I mean, I never have ruled out dating women.
24:03I just feel like the right one hasn't come along.
24:07So we'll see.
24:09There may be a lot of life changes on the horizon.
24:12You can stay here.
24:13It's warm, right?
24:14This is warm.
24:15Toasty vibe.
24:15This is a warm hug.
24:17She's a hit with all the friends already.
24:19I know.
24:20And it's hard to, like, remain salty for me about it, because they are wonderful.
24:27But, like, I just feel like, she's never coming home.
24:30Like, I mean, I wouldn't either.
24:32I barely want to go home.
24:33I know.
24:34There's a big part of me that was, like, really sad that she was leaving, because I have been, you know, reliant on her.
24:40And I know that is selfish of me to feel that way.
24:43No, it's not.
24:43That's what friendship is.
24:45Look, she's got a guest room.
24:47I'm like, maybe it can include me.
24:48Honestly, ever since we got in the car and started heading to Salem, I've even felt a sense of excitement and, you know, even a little bit of a calm come across me.
24:59When life gets overwhelming, I think the idea of picking up and starting over sounds really refreshing.
25:07And everything back home just feels so complicated right now.
25:12And things here don't feel complicated at all.
25:15And I was just wondering where y'all were.
25:18Sitting in her talking crap about you.
25:19And that's clear.
25:20Talking about how much we love you, really, though.
25:22Oh.
25:22I was just telling her how invaluable you've been since Dad died.
25:25Oh.
25:26That you've been the biggest support system I've had of anybody.
25:29Oh, thank you.
25:30And how I'm really going to miss that.
25:32Well, it's not going anywhere.
25:33I know.
25:34Before we get emotional, do y'all want to go cut the cake?
25:39It's a homemade red velvet.
25:41That's right at my alley.
25:42Why are you looking at me like that?
25:44Because I feel like this is going to be one of the last times I see you for a very long time.
25:46No, it's not.
25:47What do you mean?
25:48I love your new friends.
25:49I love them, too.
25:50I know you do.
25:51I have a very large heart.
25:55And inside of it, there is enough room for all my Greensboro friends and my New Salem friends.
26:00Here, do it with me.
26:01Like a wedding.
26:02Like a wedding.
26:03Oh, my God, a wedding.
26:05A wedding.
26:07Wait, where are we doing it?
26:08Don't you need to go down the middle?
26:09Sure.
26:11Okay, we're doing it.
26:14There is no one that can replace Ashley and Jessica in my life.
26:18But there may be some stiff competition.
26:23This is really good.
26:24Humble, too.
26:25You are.
26:38Nobody's ever been as cute as you are.
26:40It's never been anyone as cute as you are.
26:44Look at Whitney.
26:45Honestly, I would have expected her to still have been in bed.
26:49Goosey, want a jog?
26:51Goosey, want a jog?
26:52Is she running?
26:53She's running.
26:55She's a whole new woman.
26:56She just took off.
26:57Oh, my God.
26:58Weather like today would normally make me want to stay inside the house, but I'm a new person.
27:04Being here is making me want to get out along the beach to go for a jog slash walk, a wog, if you will, with Goosey.
27:11Go, girl!
27:12I am Coastal Whitney.
27:16Oh.
27:17Well, well.
27:18Good morning.
27:18Whitney Way Walks.
27:20Good morning.
27:21Y'all looked like you were having the time of your life.
27:24Well, and weren't we?
27:25Come on, Hany.
27:26I'm going to go FaceTime my kids.
27:29If y'all don't mind, I know you're talking about breakfast or something.
27:31We'll go when you get back.
27:32All right.
27:33Oh, my God.
27:37Y'all are gross.
27:39Look at how sweet you are.
27:40You're okay.
27:41Try my lobster pop.
27:44Speaking of lobster, I had four lobster rolls last night.
27:47Did you?
27:48At the party.
27:48I did.
27:50Oh, I should send this to Sabrina.
27:51Oh, my God.
27:52You seem like you've already acclimated very well here.
27:56Mm-hmm.
27:57Yeah.
27:59Feeling a little conflicted.
28:02About what?
28:03Just about...
28:06Um, I don't know.
28:08A lot of things.
28:09Being up here, this is kind of like the best I've felt in a long time.
28:14Yeah.
28:16And that, I don't know, it kind of makes me feel sad.
28:19Like...
28:20Like, that I don't feel good at home.
28:23Mm.
28:24It's like a really scary thing to address, you know?
28:27Life has just been really heavy for me, you know, with my business and the loss of my dad.
28:33And I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my marriage, you know, with my fertility journey.
28:40So, it just feels easier to be here than it does at home right now.
28:45And I know that Isaiah is going to be 100% supportive of me and how I feel.
28:52But I just don't want to disappoint him by telling him that I just feel like I need a break.
28:58I don't know, it kind of makes me feel sad.
29:17Like...
29:17Like that I don't feel good at home.
29:20Mm.
29:20I feel like I have a lot of reasons to stay.
29:24I just don't feel like they're my reasons, you know?
29:26Like...
29:27Mm-hmm.
29:28You know, the gym is obviously really important to me.
29:31Of course.
29:31But it's important to me because it was important to my dad, you know?
29:34Of course.
29:34Of course.
29:35I feel like a lot of what's going on in my life I've done because I felt like other people...
29:38People wanted to.
29:38That's what other people expected and wanted from me, you know?
29:41Yeah.
29:42It has been obvious to me that Jessica has been going through it.
29:47Obviously, she's still deeply grieving the loss of her dad.
29:51And, you know, she's been struggling to conceive with Isaiah.
29:54And I think that she's hurting and I just really want to hear her out.
29:58Honestly, I mean, I've been trying for three years.
30:02I just don't know how much more I can take.
30:04Yeah, I know.
30:06Physically and emotionally and mentally.
30:07This infertility journey has been a huge struggle for me.
30:15The trauma from losing two babies.
30:19You know, we've continued trying ever since and haven't been able to conceive since my last miscarriage.
30:26I feel like a lot of those emotions got put on the back burner.
30:29And, you know, since dad died, it just feels like it's all coming to the surface now.
30:36I think it couldn't hurt to, I don't know, try something new and just see how I feel, you know?
30:42I have a bedroom.
30:43You are welcome here.
30:45And no matter where you go physically, I'm with you.
30:49But I would love it if you were here.
30:51Because people need somebody to lean on sometimes.
30:54I don't know.
30:55It does feel good to be up here.
30:56You want to just stay?
30:58Maybe for a little bit.
30:59Just stay?
30:59Yeah, just stay.
31:01Maybe.
31:02Yeah, girl.
31:03I do have a lot of responsibilities still at home, you know, to my husband, to my mom, to my business.
31:12And I know that it kind of feels like just running away from all of that.
31:17But I feel like I just need to be able to breathe so that I can reflect and make the right choices.
31:25And I hope that Isaiah can understand that I just need some time to be able to be happy and move on in a healthy, productive way.
31:41Oh my God, are we really doing this?
31:46I'm going to have to make a lot of phone calls.
31:48Goosey got two mommies.
31:51What?
31:52Goosey got two mommies?
31:53Well, we have news.
31:56I think I'm going to stay here for a little bit.
32:00I think that would be really good for you.
32:02Yeah?
32:02Yeah.
32:02You don't think I'm crazy?
32:04No.
32:05Jessica obviously needs a shoulder to cry on and someone to listen to her without judgment and to validate that she can take her time to figure out what it is exactly that she wants and needs.
32:19And I want to be that friend to her because she's always been that kind of friend for me.
32:24Let me see what you think about this.
32:25So the kids are fine.
32:27They were eating lunch at the science center.
32:29So my cousin took them and my cousin's like best friend and she was a pretty overweight girl just like her whole life.
32:35And she got married a couple of years ago and was trying to have kids and could not.
32:38And then she got on the GLP-1s just for weight loss.
32:42Dropped 40 pounds like that and then found out she was pregnant and had to stop real quick because like she didn't get on it to get pregnant.
32:48Well, you can't.
32:49I mean, you're not supposed to be on it if you're pregnant.
32:50Apparently her doctor said it was probably just that the shot regulated her hormones.
32:55Her hormones, yeah.
32:55And like regulated her insulin.
32:57Well, good for her.
32:57Is that something you would even begin to consider?
33:01Just doing a GLP-1?
33:02Yeah.
33:03If it could help with the fertility.
33:06Well, GLP-1s are medication for type 2 diabetes, but they are also very popular weight loss drugs.
33:16And with PCOS, I deal with hormone imbalances, weight issues, insulin resistance, fertility problems, obviously.
33:25GLP-1s are supposed to help that and they're supposed to lower inflammation and that is exciting.
33:31I'm not going to say it's not.
33:32That feels interesting to me.
33:33So, I don't know.
33:37Hmm, I don't know.
33:39That's so fraught.
33:41I mean, I would not think twice about it if it were to do something medically to me that could help me get pregnant.
33:47I wouldn't think anything of it.
33:48Honestly, I've never even let myself consider it because I felt like I wasn't really allowed to because I will get for it if I do it.
33:55Anybody who wants to be upset about you being on a medicine that's literally created for your demographic has this, they're wrong.
34:02I know, but it's just about people being fat and then, you know.
34:06It gives the impression that you no longer want to be fat and that you're just doing it for appearances.
34:10Right.
34:11You know, I know how it is when a fat person with a very public profile who has not hated themselves for being fat loses weight, whether intentionally or not.
34:21I mean, they get ripped apart.
34:23And the last thing on earth I would want is for a choice, like going on a GLP-1, if that would cause people to criticize me or question my motivations because I've lived in this body and lived this identity for 20 years and it's been incredibly meaningful to me and given me something to fight for.
34:39And I would never abandon that, ever.
34:42That will never change.
34:44Never.
34:46I have one more vile of sperm that I can have sent up here, but I said I was done.
34:50So, whatever.
34:51But see, with this thing, if I wasn't done, if I were to get on a GLP-1, how long do I have to be on it and then how long do I have to be off of it and then how long before I can start trying?
35:00Because at that point, am I going to be 45?
35:02That sounds like a question for your doctor.
35:03If you're really open to it, I think it's worth a conversation with a professional.
35:08I'm going to make an appointment because I have a really good online doctor that I use.
35:13Wow.
35:14Would I consider taking a GLP-1 just to lose weight?
35:18Probably not.
35:19But would I consider a GLP-1 if it could help me get pregnant?
35:28Yeah.
35:29Yeah, I would.
35:31Does that make me a traitor to the body positivity movement?
35:34I don't know what it means, but life is too short to not pursue what I want and in any way that I see fit.
35:45Here's what I know, though.
35:46You can't let any haters or anybody who would judge you for being on a GLP-1 dictate the decisions that you make for the betterment of your life and your future.
35:55Now, your boyfriend wasn't jealous of me, was he, because I was feeling vibes.
36:05I mean, we were very romantic.
36:08I will say, you really licked my fingers.
36:10I know.
36:10You really got in there.
36:11Oh, my God, Whitney.
36:12The cream cheese.
36:13It was...
36:14Goosey has her routes all ready.
36:28Look, she's ready.
36:29Look at her parked up.
36:30She loves her little routes.
36:31But she's sad when the...
36:33Oh, see, Goosey, we've got some beach.
36:35Goosey.
36:35I'm already feeling kind of settled here in Salem.
36:44Ashley's going to head back tonight, but Jessica is actually going to stay with me for some time.
36:49And Sabrina and Corinne are here to help us celebrate.
36:53And for the first time in a long time, I feel that there are so many good things are coming on the horizon.
36:59This is the feeling that I want in my life going forward.
37:03Now, your boyfriend wasn't jealous of me, was he?
37:05Because I was feeling vibes.
37:07I mean, we were very romantic.
37:09And that's...
37:10See, that's what I felt as well.
37:11Yeah.
37:11And I think that he might have picked up on that, and I don't think he liked it.
37:14Yeah, we haven't talked to Snohish Kid.
37:17The pictures did look like Backyard Wedding.
37:20They did.
37:20They really...
37:21The pictures, they all cut in the cake, feeding each other.
37:24I'm going to put it on the fridge.
37:25I will say, you really licked my fingers.
37:28I know.
37:28You really got in there.
37:29Oh, my God, Whitney.
37:30The cream cheese.
37:30Well, I couldn't help myself.
37:34It was sexual.
37:35It was sexual.
37:36You look good.
37:37You look cowboy beach.
37:38Well, you do.
37:39You should take the girl out of the South.
37:41I mean, yes, you can.
37:42Yes, you can.
37:43Should we tell?
37:44It's not like you're not going to find out.
37:46Well, I've decided I'm going to stay here.
37:50Yeah, I'm not going to go home.
37:51In the bedroom.
37:51So you guys have me for a little longer.
37:53Oh, my God.
37:53That's so exciting.
37:54That's so exciting.
37:55I know.
37:55Why?
37:55What made you...
37:56Just a lot of changes lately.
37:57I love that.
37:57It feels right to be here.
37:59You just love us so much.
38:00Yeah, and I love you guys.
38:02Yeah.
38:02Now we just have you to convince, Ashley.
38:05It wouldn't take much convincing, but I feel like this is better anyway.
38:08It's like two ladies who need new beginnings.
38:11I'm just really excited about the future and my life here in Salem.
38:17However, even though I've left Greensboro, I made a lot of really priceless memories.
38:21Now, are you getting that crease?
38:33I'm coming to it, sweetheart.
38:35What's going on?
38:36Dad.

38:50I just need a man that, like, understands me, you know?
38:56You need to work on somebody who can stand you.
38:59Oh.
39:01Oh, this is going to be fun.

39:30It is time to start pushing.
39:32We're checking.
39:34There she is.
39:36You're amazing.
39:38It's definitely bittersweet.
39:40I'm leaving behind the love and support of my family and my friends, which has been absolutely incredible.
