00:00Take a look. So we still have advisories out even in portions of New Jersey, but most of this is
00:04down more mid-Atlantic.
00:06A lot of these expire overnight, so very early tomorrow morning, these will start to disappear and we'll see fewer
00:12and fewer impacts from Josephine.
00:14Now, still seeing some stronger wind gusts in Nantucket, a little bit better than we were an hour ago, down
00:18below 40 mph, but still, it's a bit breezy out there.
00:22Places like Cape Cod as well, it's the same areas that we've been highlighting, Provincetown down to 25 mph gusts,
00:27nothing crazy here,
00:28but still not going to rule out a little bit of minor damage in places like Nantucket, maybe a localized
00:33power outage or two if, you know, a tree limb hits the wrong power line, things like that.
00:38We look at our wave heights, still a little elevated, especially off the coast of coastal New England here, but
00:47places like, I mean, New York City, Atlantic City, 4, 5 feet, it's nothing crazy.
00:51It's still a little bit elevated as we head further out into the Atlantic, but that's where the storm is,
00:56a little further north as well.
00:57You can see where the showers linger from Josephine, but north of Maine, we're looking good when we look at
01:02the U.S. here, the whole northeast interior and coastal, and this holds into the weekend as well.
01:08Good to be the bearer of good news with this part of the forecast.
01:11Take a look as we head through our Friday 50s, 60s, 70s as we go towards Chicago and the Ohio
01:17Valley.
01:17A little bit warmer there because I talked about the heat in the central U.S., but this is a
01:21great fall weekend for the northeast by my judgment.
01:24I think many people's judgment, probably, if we're going to put an opinion on it.
01:29So hopefully, maybe you haven't made it out to the pumpkin patch yet, you're wanting to before we get to
01:32Halloween next weekend, or whatever you have planned, hopefully you can get outside and enjoy it.
01:37Maybe the leaf peeping, though some areas getting past their peak, and I know the wind last weekend blew a
01:42lot of leaves off of the trees.
01:43But the point is, nice weather over the next couple of days as we head into next week.
01:48We have a little bit of a roller coaster.
01:50I had a minor one in a few showers that we could see work their way in there as well.
