00:00In this video, I will show you how to fix if the Microsoft Store is not working in Windows 11.
00:06Now, the first thing you're going to want to do is if you do have the store opened,
00:10maybe it's just not loading anything, just go ahead and close down the Microsoft Store.
00:14And then what you want to do from your desktop is come down to your search box in the taskbar
00:19at the bottom. And in here, you want to type settings. Underneath best match,
00:23you should see settings come up, give that a click. And once your settings window has
00:27opened through, what you want to do is come over to the menu on the left hand side and click
00:32onto apps. From here, click onto installed apps at the top. And then what you want to do is scroll
00:38all the way to the bottom of your installed apps. And once you get to the very bottom,
00:42you want to come to the related settings section and click onto system components. Now, from here,
00:48you should see the Microsoft Store. You can also use the search box at the top to quickly locate
00:53the Microsoft Store. And once you found it, just click onto the three dots to the right hand side,
00:57and then click onto advanced options. Now from here, what I would recommend doing is scrolling
01:02down to the terminate section. And first of all, clicking the button to terminate the system
01:07component and its related processes. Once you've done that, come down a bit further to the reset
01:12section and then click the repair button. Once that's done, I would recommend restarting your
01:17computer laptop to see if the Microsoft Store reopens. If it's still not working, you can come back to
01:22this screen and click to reset, which means that if this system component isn't working right still,
01:28resetting it will delete the component's data and basically reset it back to factory settings.
