00:16Now to do this, I'll be using Google Chrome and it's important you do have Google Chrome installed
00:21in order to do this. So if you do currently use a different internet browser like Microsoft Edge
00:26or Mozilla Firefox, what you want to do first is download and install Google Chrome. So once
00:32you've done that, what you want to do is open up a new Google Chrome browser, come across to
00:36youtube.com. And once you've done that, what you want to do is come up to the top right hand
00:40corner
00:41of Google Chrome, click onto the three dots to open this menu. And from here, you want to come
00:45and hover over the cast, save and share option. Now you're going to see in the sub menu, we've got
00:51an
00:51option here to install YouTube, give that a click. And it's going to ask if you want to install a
00:55YouTube app, click onto install. And what this is going to do is install YouTube as its own separate
01:01app on your windows 11 computer or laptop. So you'll see, if I close this down, come back to my
01:06desktop and we're just going to search for YouTube. You're going to see, it's going to come up as an
01:11app underneath best match. When we give this a click, it's going to directly open up YouTube without us,
01:15of course, having to open up an internet browser. And of course it can be run as its own individual
01:20app.
