00:09make sure as well you come down and click on show hidden icons.
00:13And if you see Steam showing up here, right click and then click onto exit.
00:17So once you've done that, the next thing you're going to want to do is come to your search box
00:21in the task bar at the bottom. And in here, you want to type file explorer
00:25and then open up your file explorer underneath best match.
00:28Now, once you've done that and you've got your file explorer opened,
00:31come over to the menu on the left hand side and click onto this PC.
00:35And then what you want to do is click onto the drive where Steam is installed.
00:39For myself, that's going to be my C drive, but you might have yours installed on like an external hard
00:43drive.
00:44And then what you want to do is come down to program files x86, double click,
00:47and then look for the Steam folder. So it's in alphabetical order.
00:51So if you just go down to S, you should see a folder called Steam.
00:54What you want to do is click to highlight, come up to the top and delete this folder.
00:58Now, once you've done that, come back.
01:00And what you want to do is just double check program files as well.
01:03Make sure there's not a Steam folder in there.
01:05If there is, again, you just want to delete that folder.
01:08And once that's done, you can close this down.
01:10Next, what you want to do is come back down to your search box.
01:12And this time you want to type remove programs,
01:15and then open up add or remove programs underneath best match.
01:20Once that's loaded through, what you can do is use the search box at the top,
01:23type Steam into here, and you should see the Steam app come up.
