00:00In this video, I will show you how to uninstall Microsoft Store apps.
00:05So you can see I'm here, I've currently got the Microsoft Store opened.
00:08What I'm going to do is just search for an app I've installed.
00:12So let's go ahead and search for Facebook.
00:15Now you can see Facebook's come up and it says installed.
00:17But when I click onto this, you're going to see there's no button here to uninstall.
00:21All we have is a button which says open.
00:23So to actually uninstall any apps you've downloaded from the Microsoft Store,
00:27what you want to do is close down the Microsoft Store first of all if you do have it opened.
00:32And then from your desktop, you want to come down to your search box in the taskbar at the bottom.
00:36And in the search box, you want to type remove programs.
00:40Underneath best match, you should see add or remove programs.
00:43Give that a click and that's going to open up a window like this.
00:46Now from here, what we can do is use the search box and search for the app that we want
00:51to uninstall.
00:52So in this case, that was Facebook.
00:53And if you look to the right-hand side of the app, you're going to see these three dots.
00:57Give that a click and you're going to see an option here to uninstall.
01:01Click again and then click uninstall.
01:03And what that's going to do is uninstall that Microsoft Store app from your computer or laptop.
