00:01The West Indies already clinched the three-match women's T20 series against Zimbabwe after winning the second match in Harare.
00:08Opener Ebony Brathwaite was among the runs for the visitors with 57 of 23 balls, as the ladies in Maroon
00:14won by eight wickets.
00:16According to veteran player Stefani Taylor, it was refreshing that the younger players put on a good display.
00:21Yeah, it's nice to see that they're being positive and especially Ebony being her first time at this level.
00:31I thought she was really good today.
00:34It's showing that she's growing in confidence and trusting her abilities, which is really good.
00:42Taylor has been around for many years after making her debut in 2008.
00:47With 182 ODIs and 141 T20s to her name, the 35-year-old is extremely delighted to be guiding the
00:55less experienced players in the squad.
00:57It's nice that I get to relax for a few and watch them play some shots.
01:04Whenever I'm out there with them, it's more likely guiding them and not to take the spotlight away from them,
01:10just making sure that they understand and keep teaching, keep telling them, keep guiding them.
01:18And yeah, I feel like for this series, it's been really fantastic for the younger players.
01:26Among the players Taylor is pleased with is all-rounder Jazara Claxton, who impressed with both Willow and Leather.
01:32In the first T20, she took two wickets and scored 31 not out, and in Game 2, she grabbed three
01:38scalps.
01:39Very technical. She's very passionate about her game, and she loves when she's doing well.
01:48She likes that. She also loves when she's doing well for the team.
01:56She still has so much more to learn where that is concerned, because sometimes you've got to fail.
02:02The Windies are aiming to sweep Zimbabwe in the T20 series when the two sides meet on Wednesday from 6
02:08a.m. TT time.
