08:05is so that was interesting uh jane daniels went down in a freak injury then there's the caleb williams
08:12thing this is why you break so i had this moment yesterday i didn't know until midday or whenever it
08:19got announced i thought i did not know like hey it came back negative and i had saw for a

08:25as i was putting things away in my office and i swear to god the last player i i cannot

14:12so many different places and they all have personal coaches instead of guys working within
14:17a system if all you're doing is working on mechanics and not playing within a system you
14:22get what i'm saying here development can be compromised you can chase me around with brooms
14:25all you want but i got to play within a system of what the offense is going to be it's

14:30and i think that we've made it where so many of these guys they're just workout models and all
14:38they do is work out all they do is practice and when you put them in an actual set of
14:42pads and a
14:42game jersey and it's time to go actually perform and play in a game i think the concept is foreign

14:48them because i know that the game is predicated on practice practice practice then a game lots of
14:54practice few games different from a lot of other sports i get that but it's like man like it's become
14:59so personalized they don't know how to play within the team setting and it costs them when they get to
15:05the nfl because this is not just injuries this is just bad play some of these guys are just bad
