00:00I want you to hear Daryl Ryder here about this.
00:03Daryl joined us about an hour ago, and I had to ask.
00:07I mean, we're 5-2, and the future is next year, 2027.
00:13Are you kicking around the future of Deshaun Watson with the Cleveland Browns now?
00:17Here's Daryl.
00:18If this keeps going, they're probably going to re-sign Deshaun Watson.
00:22I know there's the $200 million poison pill in the contract that all but guarantees he's going to be released.
00:27You just rewrite all that language.
00:28You know, it's simple legalese.
00:30This agreement supersedes any previous agreements.
00:32This is what it is, and there you go.
00:35It's not difficult to do.
00:36There's a deadline to this.
00:37I forget the date.
00:38It's in early March, okay?
00:40But, yeah, I think it's more likely if this continues and Deshaun keeps playing the way he's playing,
00:45I think it's more likely than not that he'll be the quarterback for this team in 2027.
00:51You want to have that conversation now?
00:52Start having it?
00:53I think we are.
00:54The first time, I think we are having that conversation.
00:57Like I said, I found it hard to believe we would ever be in this scenario, but he has played
01:01well enough.
01:02They're winning games.
01:03He's had heroics.
01:05And the fans, people are not going to like to hear this.
01:09I can tell you that as the Cleveland fans, and we just got a report from our boss who said,
01:14yeah, by the end of that game, it was like 60-40 Browns fans there.
01:19What did they do at the end?
01:20They cheered.
01:21They're cheering a team with Deshaun Watson.
01:23So they're no longer, it's no longer we can't be with this team as long as he's a QB.
01:27That ship has sailed.
01:29Just go to the stadium.
01:30Any of these home games where they're cheering him as he's walking off the field,
01:34wins over Baltimore at home, Pittsburgh at home.
01:38They're cheering him.
01:39So that's no longer dead on arrival.
01:42The fans are over that, at least the ones that are going to the games
01:46and the ones that we're talking to.
01:48I know there are people online that after every Browns win, it's,
01:51look at me, look at me, I'm self-righteous.
01:54I won't root for the team ever again.
01:55But they're doing it when the Browns win the games.
01:57Like they're waiting for the Browns to win.
01:59So they're clearly rooting against the Browns for three hours in their home city
02:03because of the Watson thing.
02:04Fine, whatever.
02:05It's up to you.
02:06I don't know what you've been doing for four years.
02:09That'd be a miserable existence for me.
02:11We host a sports talk show in Cleveland.
02:13Like we're going to talk about the Browns.
02:14I am excited about them.
02:16I said earlier in the show, I love the Browns, but that's fine.
02:18If that's your thing.
02:19But then the minute they win the game, you take to the keyboard and go,
02:23I can't believe people have sold their souls to root for Deshaun Watson.
02:27It's like the look at me.
02:28Hey everybody, I'm over here.
02:29I'm the most self-righteous person in the world.
02:31I'm still rooting against the Browns because I have moral clarity that you guys don't have.
02:35Okay, well that's fine.
02:37I can tell you the people that are spending money on the Browns and going to the games,
02:39they're cheering their asses off for the team that's quarterbacked by Deshaun Watson.
02:43Keith was down there.
02:44He said the Uber driver told me they don't see it like this with other fan bases.
02:48So I was told that the majority of the fans were Browns fans in the stadium.
02:53You said a 60-40 percentage.
02:55Apparently there were a lot of people who were down there that were just Browns fans taking in Nashville.
02:59Might not have even been going to the game.
03:01And they were taking it all in, wearing the Browns jerseys.
03:03He's a hell of a time.
03:04I'm told drinks were righteously expensive, but my goodness.
03:08Earn that!
03:09It seems that everybody had a good time.
03:11And I feel in so many ways the same way you do.
03:14Like, listen, what's done is done.
03:17What's settled is settled.
03:20And, you know, I was having this conversation with a listener who came up and shook my hand on Saturday.
03:26I said, yeah, there's been a lot of uncomfortable conversations.
03:31And this is what led back in 2021 in October when we found out that they were snooping around down
03:36there.
03:37And that's why I didn't want to bring them in.
03:39But also at the same time, like, if you're going to be a fan of a professional sports team,
03:42and there's plenty of people who, if they don't want to, they don't have to.
03:46But if you're going to be a fan of a professional sports team, every franchise, unless they're just started,
03:52every franchise has somebody in there that, yeah, it's going to have some controversy.
03:58And honestly, how the public sees them is how successful he is.
04:04It's plain and simple.
04:06The better you are, the more it goes away.
04:09I mean, good guy brought this up last week.
04:11Lawrence Taylor has been found guilty of some really bad things.
04:15And Giants fans will fight you over them.
04:18They'll fight you over them.
04:20You know, no team is untouchable when it comes to this stuff.
04:22It's not, you know, it's professional sports.
04:25And if you win, we tend to just go with the flow.
04:29And they're winning.
04:30They're 5-2.
04:31And now I'm in a situation where it's like, okay, let's get some wins.
04:33Let's end this all nicely.
04:34And then you can go your own way.
04:36We can go ours.
04:37I don't know what the future holds in their quarterback room.
04:40That's part of the reason why I really don't want to give up on Shador Sanders,
04:43which is the first time we've mentioned that name today.
04:45At 9-26, took three and a half hours to do so.
04:48Because the starting quarterback, the veteran, is playing well enough.
04:51I don't really need to go.
04:54And, like, do we need to put up the quarterback graphic anymore on YouTube on Fridays?
04:57Oh, is it dead?
04:58We haven't for the last two weeks.
05:00I thought Lenora Sellers looked decent this weekend.
05:02He did look good this weekend.
05:03He did.
05:03Yes.
05:05Like, Mario Taylor got hurt, but he wouldn't be able to come out this year anyway.
05:08So, it's like, well, I guess.
05:10Are we done with the graphic?
05:10But I don't want to sit there and talk about 2027, looking forward to 28 for crying out loud.
05:14I don't want to do that.
05:14I think we're done with that stuff.
05:16So, now it's like, well, it's either we get excited about some guy who might be middle first round,
05:21or we go with the guy we have.
05:23And the guy we have right now, he has been good.
05:27He's been effective.
05:28And I would add that things are fine.
05:31The setup is fine with Watson and Shador.
05:36Like, it's fine.
05:37There's no circus.
05:38There's no distraction.
05:40I saw Shador was celebrating, you know, in the locker room with the kicker.
05:45Like, they're fine.
05:46So, why can't you have this again next year?
05:48I don't know why you can't.
05:49Let me get to Brandon in Painesville.
05:51Hello, Brandon.
05:53Ken Common.
05:54Hi, Brandon.
05:55Anthony Lima.
05:56Hello.
05:57Guys, I love the show.
05:59Ken, it's great to hear you still so many years later.
06:03Get so excited for the Browns.
06:06I'm going to answer your question on my opinion.
06:09Okay.
06:09So, as Daryl Ryder said, we have until, like, sometime beginning of March.
06:15So, my heart tells me right now it's too early because we've had so many problems with him.
06:26And I'm also going to use my theory and say Casey Concepcion and Brother Boston, I tell you, they have
06:34brought life to this team.
06:37They just got out of college.
06:39They live an excitable life.
06:41They're used to winning.
06:42They're bringing a winning culture.
06:46My concern is, if we start losing, what if we lose two back-to-back?
06:50Are they going to go to Deshaun's house for that party anymore?
06:56Well, I don't think...
06:58Sorry, go ahead.
06:59Did Casey go on Monday?
07:01No, that was the high school game.
07:02He didn't go.
07:02He got in the car and he's like, it's raining.
07:04I'm going back home.
07:05That was two weeks ago.
07:07Well, listen, I mean, but you're not going to have parties after you lose because we know that we had
07:12that situation.
07:13That was 2021.
07:14They had that great big Halloween party after they got boat raced and it was a bad look.
07:18So, it's hard to have get-togethers like that after you lose.
07:21So, I would not condone having great big blowout parties after losses and I think that they would understand that.
07:28But in terms of just like, hey, I think that they have to have some closeness to win.
07:33I think winning helps bring them closer.
07:36He's played, again, an effective brand of football.
07:38And these are guys that, you know, they said it before, they're too young to not know how this is
07:43supposed to go.
07:44And I think that that's helped.
07:45But, again, they're doing some things that not a lot of people thought they were going to do.
07:49And, yeah, it's an NFL schedule.
07:51So, Brandon, I think they're going to be challenged.
07:53Like, we're not going to come in here and celebrate Victory Mondays for the rest of our lives.
07:57So, they're going to have to overcome those challenges and that's just going to be another hill that they have
08:01to get over.
08:01Because I want to get somebody else and thank you for the call.
08:05Is, I guess, you know, I guess we'll see how they react.
08:08But I didn't see them get so crazy when they lost to the Jets.
08:12I tell you what, I lost my mind after they lost to Jacksonville.
08:15They seem to be, all right, we got to get some things fixed.
08:17We'll get some things fixed.
08:18And I was losing my mind and my voice after that loss to Jacksonville.
08:22So, they've already exceeded that expectation.
08:25I don't think that they're in a position like, God forbid, I don't want them to go out there and
08:28lose to Pittsburgh.
08:29But they haven't won there in the regular season since 0-3.
08:31If they go out to Pittsburgh and lose since 0-3, what, are we supposed to bleep ourselves with fear
08:34because they're 5-3 now?
08:36No.
08:36At least I hope they don't.
08:39You got to be pros at that point.
08:41It's like, hey, like, no one wants to lose.
08:43No one's planning on losing.
08:44But you're going to have to answer back to that and have some poise as a franchise.
08:48You got the Saints after that.
08:50That's a winnable game in a dome.
08:53Ryan in Louisville, Kentucky.
08:55You're next up on the fan.
08:56Hello, Ryan.
08:57Hey, good morning, guys.
08:58Took the family down to Nashville yesterday.
09:01I would say 40, 60 Browns, Titans fans at kickoff to start the game.
09:06It was a great atmosphere.
09:07That's nice.
09:09So, with Deshaun, last guy off the field, stopped, was pointing at all the fans, big cheers.
09:15So, that helps, you know, get over kind of the things he said in the preseason.
09:19He's winning.
09:20So, that's also going to push us probably outside the top 15 from draft time.
09:28And with what we're seeing in quarterback play on Saturday, that's starting to have a bigger impact on my decision
09:35if we need to keep Deshaun for next year.
09:40Explain that again, just real quick.
09:42What did you say there?
09:43What plays on your decision, Ryan?
09:45Is that if we're going to be a winning team, we're probably going to be outside the top 15.
09:51And that plays into the decision.
09:54And what we're seeing in quarterback play on Saturday from the college kids coming out.
09:59We thought we had this great group, and all of a sudden it's not looking so great as far as
10:03quarterbacks coming out.
10:05I think that that plays into it a little bit.
10:08But I really do.
10:09If I'm talking about Watson, Ryan, and thank you very much for the call, like some of it plays into
10:13it.
10:13I just want to know whether or not I have confidence in him by the end of the year.
10:15I don't think you're crazy to say it's too early.
10:18Because I still keep saying so far at the end of every sentence when I talk about how well he's
10:23playing.
10:23Yeah, and obviously if he doesn't make it through the season healthy, then that decision will probably be made for
10:27you anyway too.
10:28He's got to be available.
10:29He's got to also get through the season.
10:31But it does seem like he's running around and being smarter with the type of situations he's putting himself in.
10:42Effective, smart football.
10:43He's not walking himself, running himself into bad sacks.
10:46He actually has a clock, an alarm that is going off in his head.
10:53When those first three years, man, do you know?
10:57Do you have any pocket presence whatsoever?
10:59You're about to get killed.
11:00No, he didn't.
11:01He didn't.
11:02Whatever he had, he lost it.
11:04There was so much, and I think he was overwhelmed.
11:06And then there was the injury.
11:08And, you know, he only seemed to play well when you played against a really bad opponent because you were
11:14just naturally going to be better than them.
11:15Arizona some years ago.
11:16Or it was the situation was so bad and so dire it seemed to like, okay, damn the torpedoes.
11:23Let's just go out and play ball.
11:24I think that they fit a system around him, and I think he's fitting within a system here.
11:29I think he's met them halfway.
11:31And I think that that's been done with Todd Munkin where whatever was missing with Kevin Stefanski, it was just
11:35missing.
11:36It was oil and water.
11:38And I knew that from the moment go, and I think every Browns fan did.
11:42That's why that whole story like, oh, Deshaun Watson saw Kevin Stefanski's offense.
11:46Like, no, you were the first one out on that Thursday morning.
11:48Don't tell me any of that.
11:49He came here for simple money, and it made me that much more upset.
11:52But this is the other thing of it.
11:53I looked at that as a business transaction.
11:56You want guaranteed money?
11:57They gave it to you.
11:58We wanted to win.
11:59We went out and got you.
12:00You did not hold up your end of the bargain.
12:02All right, you're starting to hold up your end of the bargain.
12:04And I don't think anybody, including the Browns, are turning right around and offering $230 million more guaranteed after this
12:12year.
12:12The way he's playing wouldn't dictate that, but he's playing effective football.
12:16And that's got to mean something.
12:18And it's got to mean something maybe for 2027.
12:21So week by week, yes, is a referendum on him and what he can do, what he does, if he's
12:26good enough for this year, if he's good enough for the future, if he's good enough to stave off Shador
12:30Sanders.
12:32All this every week is one of those things.
12:34Because I keep saying so far, but if you're 5-2, you can't act like it's not a part of
12:40the conversation at some point.
12:42You can't act like it's not in the back of your head, like you're not wondering.
12:45You are wondering.
12:46We're on DirecTV.
12:47That was the announcement that he had on last week.
12:51Friday, Chris Kaiser had with us.
12:53I give him credit for coming in on Friday.
12:55Especially after the Thursday we had.
12:57Either way, the Browns win.
12:59The Browns are 5-2.
13:01And don't act like you're not thinking it, so we might as well decide to discuss it.
13:04Because Daryl said the quiet, but I'm not talking about the other quarterback conversation.
13:09That's not what I'm saying.
13:10The one you guys had about...
13:11I didn't have it.
13:12He wanted to have it.
13:13I did not have it, and I'm not going to have it.
13:16It's not happening.
13:17I've disavowed the entire...
13:18No, I disavowed the poll.
13:20I disavowed the video that was put with it.
13:22I disavowed the whole thing.
13:23We're not doing that.
13:25This is something that I wanted to get into.
13:27Here's Daryl Ryder on, well, the long-term future of somebody that we didn't think we were going to have
13:33a future with.
13:34If this keeps going, they're probably going to re-sign Deshaun Watson.
13:38I know there's the $200 million poison pill in the contract that all but guarantees he's going to be released.
13:43You just rewrite all that language.
13:45You know, it's simple legalese.
13:46This agreement supersedes any previous agreements.
13:49This is what it is, and there you go.
13:51It's not difficult to do.
13:52There's a deadline to this.
13:53I forget the date.
13:54It's in early March, okay?
13:56But, yeah, I think it's more likely if this continues and Deshaun keeps playing the way he's playing,
14:02I think it's more likely than not that he'll be the quarterback for this team in 2027.
14:06One real quick thing about Deshaun Watson or other than all this is that I just saw the highlights,
14:10and I wrote that down yesterday.
14:12I like that when he scored the touchdown, he went over and yelled at the end zone boys.
14:15Do any of you guys follow them on social media?
14:18I did not until I saw this yesterday.
14:21No, they are amazing.
14:22I've been following them for like the last year, year and a half.
14:24It is amazing.
14:25When they get the – especially if they get the linemen over by them in the pregame,
14:28oh, it's must-see.
14:30Those guys are must-see.
14:33Bring your fat ass over.
14:34It's – oh, it's the best.
14:37So great when they bring the linemen over by him.
14:39They got a huge Instagram following.
14:41They were definitely saying something to him before that game because they say something to everybody.
14:45Oh, what the goal is.
14:46And he went right over there when he scored the touchdown.
14:48That was awesome.
14:49I've got to give him credit for that.
14:51There's a lot of easy insults for quarterback.
14:52What could you possibly say about Deshaun Watson?
14:54We're moving on, bud.
14:55All right, so is it too early to be thinking long-term about Deshaun Watson?
15:00I do think it is.
15:01I do think it is.
15:02Five and two?
15:03Yes.
15:04Okay, what is your definition of long-term?
15:06Well, forget about long-term.
15:08I mean, just next year.
15:09Okay, that's long-term.
15:11Okay.
15:12That's long-term.
15:12Yeah.
15:13Is it too early to think of that?
15:14You say, yes, they're five and two.
15:16It's okay.
15:17I will admit.
15:17We're going into week eight, Anthony.
15:19For the first time, it's actually like even a question.
15:23I didn't even think it was worthy of a question before now.
15:26I saw other people were asking it.
15:27It was hard for me, but you can't act like you didn't kick it around at all.
15:30This is, honestly, this is the first time with him playing pretty much as much of a complete game as
15:36he has played.
15:37And I know it was against Tennessee, and I know there was an interception early that we have definitely gone
15:42over.
15:43Earlier in the show, you check out on the Odyssey app, rewind function.
15:46But it's the first time where I was like, what would that look like next year?
15:51I hadn't even really pondered that, like going over the mechanics of that, ripping up the contract with an extension
15:58or any of that.
16:00I hadn't even really thought of that as a possibility.
16:02Part of it is, A, I didn't think he'd be good enough long enough.
16:06B, I didn't think he'd be healthy enough, knock on wood, long enough.
16:09And C, I didn't see fans even being open to it.
16:13I've heard fans be open to it for the very first time.
16:16Granted, not everybody.
16:17There is a loud portion of the fan base, even if it's a vocal minority, that is still disgusted with
16:23him.
16:23But I'm seeing more and more people not only cheering him on, but willing to entertain it, which I didn't
16:29think was going to be possible.
16:30I'm open to it.
16:31I'm absolutely open to it.
16:33And I understand that the history would tell you, wow, this is surprising.
16:36I'm surprised to say it.
16:37I'm open to it.
16:38Because the entire outlook on all this has changed.
16:43One, he's playing better.
16:44So that's part of it.
16:46The other part of it is that, look at the way the position has changed.
16:49I'd like to go over the list today.
16:51I don't think now during the show is the time to do it, but I'd like to go over the
16:55list today and just kind of look at the quarterbacks who are starting in this league right now.
16:58And go, who would I start Deshaun Watson over in this league?
17:03And I bet I could get halfway through and then go, yeah, about 15 to 20, somewhere in there.
17:09And 15 to 20 in this league where you have 60-plus quarterbacks playing a year, where you have so
17:15few that you can really rely on, that's worth bringing back?
17:22Because what's this draft class going to be?
17:24And I'm not going to be high enough to take any of these guys.
17:26Am I still in a position, real quick, unless you know you need them that badly, unless you have that
17:32much faith.
17:33And I don't think we're that deep of a football team.
17:35He has been unequivocally better than Herbert, Jalen Hurts, Bo Nix.
17:41So is there a quarterback that you think is going to be coming out that you're willing to trade up
17:48and give up a boatload of assets for to bring it to your football team?
17:52I don't think that there's going to be one.
17:54I don't think the Rams are going to finish in a top-five spot by any means.
17:57And we're not going to finish in a top-five spot by any means.
18:00So what am I really going to give up to move up?
18:02Like, guys –
18:02Well, might they do what the Rams did with Simpson?
18:05Is that what you're saying?
18:06Like, later in the first round still could take one?
18:09Maybe.
18:10That's absolutely on the table.
18:11They certainly – if they have two first-round picks, they could.
18:14But if you wanted to go to the top and you were like, hey, we've done the mid-round, the
18:18late-round, first-round thing before, maybe that's not the way we want.
18:22We're still going to go for the gusto.
18:23And by the way, if you have a high pick, I believe in just going after the quarterback there and
18:27go ahead and do it, right?
18:29But I also don't think we are in a position at all anymore where we need to force it.
18:35He's playing well.
18:36He played well yesterday.
18:37So if he played well yesterday, I can't fully say I don't expect the other shoe to drop.
18:44I am worried about that.
18:46We're not out of the woods there.
18:47I said that earlier in the show.
18:48I'm not just going to change in two hours.
18:51But I asked you if you're considering it.
18:53I don't know how you can't consider it.
18:56And it's not – and some of that, a lot of that isn't even a Deshaun Watson conversation.
19:01That's a – take a look around the league conversation, guys.
19:03And by the way, don't think we haven't noticed, or you better have noticed, that, hey, they're going over to
19:09his house for parties.
19:11They like the guy.
19:13All right?
19:14Like, there is something to be said for cutting the head off the leadership and then trying to install someone
19:24else.
19:26Winning is magical.
19:27It brings people together.
19:29How do you win?
19:31You have to have camaraderie.
19:32You have to have reliance on somebody.
19:33They rely – they feel a sense of camaraderie with them.
19:37That's going to mean something to this football team, Anthony.
19:40I think it's worth discussing that at 5-2, you're one of the teams in the driver's seat now in
19:46the division.
19:46I think it's worth – I think it's worth a conversation.
19:50Because we've seen – we've seen the flip side of this, right?
19:53I mean, obviously, like, Daniel Jones had it going on early last season.
19:56And a year later, it's a disaster.
19:58People are getting fired.
20:00And they're clearly looking for the next quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts.
20:04Like, this does more often than not really go in that direction.
20:08Baker Mayfield just signed the contract.
20:10And this year, he's been arguably the worst quarterback in the NFL by the numbers.
20:14Like, so this is something that – how often does it work where these guys are able to do that?
20:20Yeah, I know Sam Darnold's having a much rougher year.
20:23Did win last night.
20:24But, you know, there are more often than not these reclamation projects, the bridge quarterbacks that turn into reclamation projects.
20:35How often does it actually work?
20:37You know, Geno Smith.
20:40Well, Geno Smith was a –
20:41It worked until now.
20:42It's not working.
20:43Yeah, but he's – well, he was a competent quarterback for a long time.
20:45I give him credit for, like, really trying to go out there and start.
20:48But you go back to this.
20:49This is – and this is one of it where I'm like, hey, come on.
20:52I was kind of being tongue-in-cheek.
20:53Like, take a discount for us.
20:55Take a discount.
20:56I mean, they gave you $230 million.
20:59That means there's more money to go around for your teammates.
21:01You get along with your teammates.
21:02I mean, I'm making a joke.
21:03But in all honesty, you always mention 13 teams ran on him in 2022.
21:09The league was different back then.
21:1013 teams.
21:11And he was still going through all of it.
21:14You've moved past this now.
21:15Like, not media, not fans.
21:18They bring it up all the time.
21:20But I think that teams – I don't think it's either Cleveland or nothing anymore.
21:25If he goes out, continues to play effective football, I don't need him to set the world on fire.
21:30If he goes out and plays effective football, like it or not, there's going to be a market for him.
21:35Like, there's going to be plenty of teams that go, yeah, the Browns bore the brunt of that.
21:39He can come over and quarterback my team if this continues to go this way.
21:43If he plays like this –
21:44He'll have options.
21:45And even if statistically he's like the 20th, 19th best quarterback in the NFL by some of the metrics,
21:51but he's got these fourth-quarter drives, and at the end of the year,
21:54he's actually healthy for the full season, he's going to be a starter next year in the NFL.
21:58Like, I did not – there was not a world where I envisioned that happening.
22:02And I was one of the people who thought, for the longest time, and I still believed it,
22:09and it's only – and I'll explain why it's changing a little bit.
22:12I thought he'd be out of here on the first thing smoking.
22:14I really thought he felt that we were just going to be a stopping point,
22:17and he would end up four years, five years later somewhere else.
22:20Like, he would play here, a team that was going to give him guaranteed money,
22:24and then he would go on somewhere else back – he would go to Atlanta, or he'd go wherever.
22:29I really – I believed that then, and I still believe it now, that that was the original plan.
22:35So many things have changed.
22:36You didn't have two Achilles injuries.
22:37You didn't have all this nastiness that happened, now that it's happened.
22:40And you're past that, and I do think, okay, how much has changed in your life?
22:46Whereas maybe Cleveland's a different option.
22:48And what's changed with us in our lives as fans, that maybe he's an option.
22:52Look at the way the league is.
22:53And if we're just focused on winning football games over here,
22:56and he's playing effective football and helping us win football games,
23:00then the conversation has to open up, guys.
23:02It just has to happen.
23:03Now, he could still very well see, just like what I just said, I go,
23:07he's going to have options.
23:07He could just very well go, okay, bye-bye.
23:09I'm going to go play in the South again.
23:11We'll see you.
23:11He could try to do that, I guess.
23:15But then again, you could turn right around and go, wait a minute,
23:17who's stuck by you this entire time?
23:18He's found a coach that he's working with.
23:20Who went and found a coach that you work with well, that you're effective?
23:25And again, when he's doing well, I don't hear anybody saying Jimmy made the call there,
23:28so we only give credit when things aren't good.
23:31You have these things that are working for you.
23:33Maybe you don't want to upset the apple cart there.
23:34You're getting along with all your teammates.
23:35They're all buddies.
23:36We're all buddies.
23:37He's like, maybe there's something good there.
23:40It's not all said and done.
23:42I think there's a lot of people who think that he could turn into a pumpkin at any time.
23:47And I still wonder it myself, but if they're winning football games in the 5-2,
23:51Don't say that before Halloween, Kenny.
23:52This is a conversation.
23:53What does that mean?
23:54I'm just saying it.
23:56You're starting to make me think, after Owen earlier brought up,
23:59that we didn't have to worry about Miles Garrett dressing up for the Halloween game.
24:02I don't want to hear about pumpkins.
24:04You don't want to walk into that press conference as a pumpkin.
24:08No.
24:09We're quite literally turning into a pumpkin.
24:10I'm coming in in costume on Friday.
24:12I know you are.
24:13It's not going to be as good as last year's.
24:15I don't think so.
24:17Might be.
24:18Is Ken going to turn into a giant pumpkin?
24:21Well, you were a juggalo last year.
24:23No, I wasn't.
24:24I was a clown.
24:24I was a radio clown.
24:25Wait, I thought he was Sidney Sweeney last year.
24:28Peg Parton?
24:30No, a lot of people took me as John Gacy.
24:33Which, I mean, other than the killing, you are very gregarious.
24:38Everything else exactly the same, except for the killing.
24:41Portly, likes to laugh, dressed as a clown.
24:44I just ain't killed anybody.
24:45Double life.
24:47What's my double life?
24:50You think about it over there.
24:52All right.
24:53I didn't know if you wanted me to expose that now.
24:55No, that's fine.
24:55Is it too early to be thinking about Deshaun Watson?
24:59Is it too early in any sort of long-term plans?
25:02By long-term, I mean 2027.
25:05Is it too early to be thinking that?
25:07That and my double life coming up on the...
