00:00hello we've got a real temperature contrast as we go through this evening
00:03and overnight it's going to be warm it's going to be humid in the south but
00:07cooler in the north so we've got high pressure to the far south we've got this
00:11waving front will also introduce some higher humidity to the north of that
00:15though some fresher air and with that ridge of high pressure temperatures will
00:19start falling away so taking a look at what is happening later this evening
00:24then we hold on to cloud outbreaks of rain especially across Wales it'll turn
00:28heavy at times across western facing hills and then it will pop up as we go
00:33through this evening overnight and through the early hours across the
00:36Midlands and eventually into East Anglia so a damp start to Sunday here to the
00:41south of that a lot of low cloud murky conditions with some hill fog and
00:45coastal fog but to the north of that where we're underneath more of that ridge
00:49of high pressure there will be some clear skies most places largely dry and much
00:54lighter winds so temperatures will be falling away across Scotland down into
00:58the single figures but to the south of that temperatures will be holding up 16
01:03to 18 degrees so a humid start to Sunday morning it's quite a damp start as
01:09well especially across Wales across the Midlands across East Anglia with the
01:12rain generally starting to sink its way southwards we'll hold on to a lot of
01:16cloud though as we head into the afternoon and it will still be thick
01:19enough for some drizzle in places but there will be perhaps some gaps to give
01:23some brighter spells best of the brightness and drier weather though
01:26further towards the north across much of Northern Ireland into Scotland and
01:30Northern England the odd shower though to the far north of Scotland it will be a
01:35little bit cooler and fresher across Scotland compared to Saturday in the east
01:39now only at 15 degrees but across the south a sticky feel especially in that
01:44sunshine highs of up to 23 or 24 degrees as we go through Sunday evening we
01:51hold on to a lot of cloud especially out towards the west there will be a few
01:54spots of drizzle in places and a few clear spells in between but the next
01:59front approaching from the far north and west to bring cloud and outbreaks of rain
02:04across the inner and outer Hebrides and then eventually into Orkney and Shetland a
02:08bit more of a breeze here but with the wind still coming up from that
02:11southwesterly direction it's still going to be a rather warm and humid start to
02:16Monday morning lows of 11 to 15 degrees now this is the pressure pattern as we
02:22head into Monday it's a messy picture we've got an area of low pressure towards
02:26Iceland this cold front bringing outbreaks of rain and then we still have this
02:29waving front to the south to bring again cloud and spells of rain so a
02:35really messy picture out there a lot of cloud around thick enough again for some
02:39outbreaks of rain across Wales into the Midlands and eventually into
02:42Lincolnshire to the north that's where we're going to see more persistent rain
02:46across the inner outer Hebrides and then eventually into Northern Ireland as well
02:50as well some heavy spells of rain here but again with those winds coming up from
02:54that southwesterly directions temperatures will be rising so in the
02:58sunshine it's going to be feeling warm we could see highs coming up at 24 25
03:04possibly at 26 degrees across the far south and east if you're not a fan of the
03:11warmer temperatures and that humid feel it will turn fresher as we head into
