00:46The Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and Licensure Commission has renewed the license of state of Alabama licensed medical doctor
01:02Christopher Blake Thomas, M.D.
01:06In November, I discovered that an individual that I had spoken to on the telephone who identified himself to me
01:18as Sadler, that's S-A-D-D-L-E-R.
01:24This person was, in actuality, a state of Alabama licensed medical doctor Christopher Blake Thomas.
01:32And this happened earlier in 2022.
01:37I was starting to contact Dr. Blake Thomas, who is listed as working at the Cahaba Village, Birmingham, Alabama, AFC,
01:50that's American Family Care, Urgent Care.
01:53I had an x-ray taken in 2019 as a patient in another facility around Birmingham, Alabama.
02:04I was told by staff, including a nurse, that I had no injuries appear in this x-ray.
02:12Anyway, I knew otherwise.
02:14I almost died from the injury that I did have.
02:18Got my records.
02:19I put the records up here.
02:21You can see, in actuality, about a three-inch diameter translucent oval shows up in a standard x-ray image.
02:30There's no contrast here.
02:31There's a very obvious anomaly that was present in the upper area of my neck beneath my skull.
02:42Other scans I had done, I've got evidence that I have broken bone in my skull.
02:47And by the time I had this x-ray taken, this injury had gone untreated.
02:53And the infection and possibly parasite infestation in the wound, this is what sent me around to places like this
03:04urgent care.
03:07$175 visit and x-ray.
03:10I was told by this office manager, Sadler, that there was nothing that they were going to be able to
03:19do to help me get this issue corrected.
03:21So I was out-of-pocket, $175.
03:25On top of that, I had an injury I was dying from.
03:28This issue is still unresolved.
03:31We're going into 2023, January 2nd.
03:36And we're in this as long as it takes until we get some resolution in this matter.
03:44Issues outstanding.
03:45Money's paid.
03:47Service is not provided.
03:49That's the issue here.
03:50And compounding these issues, most disturbingly, if you are part of the public out there who is seeking health care
04:02in the state of Alabama,
04:04we've got doctors who are giving patients fake names when they try to contact them and get these issues corrected.
04:14And, yeah, Dr. Blake Thomas' name appears on top of the medical records that I obtained from this facility.
04:23That's why I tried to get in touch with him.
04:25I informed the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and Licensure Commission about my discovery that this doctor was giving out
04:38fake names.
04:39And, yeah, I believe this violates medical ethics and possibly the law.
04:46This is unacceptable.
04:49I'll put the link to the other video in the description.
04:56I found a television report by Birmingham, Alabama TV station, WVTM Channel 13,
05:07where Dr. Blake Thomas gave an interview on the coronavirus.
05:16You can listen to my recorded phone calls.
05:21Listen to the voice of the doctor in the video, and it's the exact same person.
05:27I informed Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and Licensure Commission about this in November 2022.
05:36Gave them permission to reopen my case.
05:39Yeah, this was so serious, I filed a complaint about this in 2020.
05:46My complaint, it was looked at very briefly, dismissed, and I have no evidence that this was properly investigated.
05:57They threw this out very soon after I sent it in.
06:00I've got massive evidence also that the situation regarding my injury, the doctor's errors crept up almost from the beginning
06:14of the scans and emergency room visits that I had.
06:20And when I tried to go back and have this issue looked at again, they tried to cover it up.
06:27I've got a lot of evidence to that effect.
06:31So I'm not happy with the state of Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and Licensure Commission.
06:38I'll never trust another state of Alabama licensed medical doctor again because of my experience with this body.
06:45They dropped the ball, and any prospective patient in the state of Alabama, you need to be aware of what
06:52happened to me,
06:54especially if you don't have money, source of income, or insurance like I did, okay?
07:03That doesn't give doctors the right to lie to you, all right?
07:09And that doesn't give doctors the right to neglect their duties.
07:16I notified the Alabama Medical Board in November, and you can see here where Dr. Blake Thomas' license expired at
07:31the end of 2022, just a few days ago.
07:35And I'll put up the updated version of this page.
07:42It has been renewed and extended until the end of 2023.
07:47And we don't need doctors like this in the state of Alabama.
