00:09to Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander.
00:12He says they're moving swiftly to ensure the safety and security of citizens nationwide.
00:39Even as work begins, Alexander would not give a cost for these bulletproof containers.

00:54We're confirming three at this time, and one or two might take place over the weekend.

01:38He says 30 posts are proposed for the first phase, and it could reach 60 if two more phases are
