00:00I believe that the chief secretary should be part and parcel of the National
00:06Security Council that's where the conversation should go and that is a
00:12matter for the cabinet to address that's not even a matter of law that's a
00:16cabinet policy to be addressed furthermore I believe that for any
00:21national security and international relations issue for which Tobago is a
00:27direct part of the arrangement we should know mr. Augustine boasted at least he
00:34has the heirs of the Prime Minister at least I know I could pick up the phone
00:39and I could call Kamala I don't know if I cannot pick up the phone and call
00:44and ask him what a building down by the airport because when they came to open
00:52the unfinished airport I couldn't even take a tour with him in the airport
00:56they wanted me to sit down and wait until he take a tour and then I take a
01:01tour and it's at that point I took my leave because Tobago and Topogonians
01:08should not be disrespected at all Augustine said there is however a
01:13solution so this solution is not costing you down there the solution is to
01:18change the law and there is no better person to change the law no better party
01:25to change the law no better group of individuals to change the law than the
01:30Tobago people's party Elizabeth Williams TV6 news
