00:24set policy in the square. The city has not taken a position whatsoever or
00:28instituted anything related to curfew. That is a mischaracterization of terms and I
00:33want to be clear that we have not moved in an administration to institute any
00:37curfews. Renee Wilson filed the lawsuit over the policy she says a private
00:41nonprofit should not set policy for a public space. The U.S. military continues
00:47to attack Iranian targets. ABC's Karen Hwa has the latest. Overnight American
00:52firepower hit Iran for a 12th straight night. In Iran striking back at
00:58U.S. military targets in Kuwait. The U.S. Central Command said the strikes are
01:03meant to stop Tehran from threatening commercial shipping in the street of

01:16quote, meet the same fate. Pittsburgh City Council voted 6-3 Wednesday to give
01:21preliminary approval to a key part of the mayor's plans to revitalize downtown.

01:29It's using what's called a TRID and that's government talk for capturing new
01:32tax revenues in a certain zone to help fund new developments within it. While
01:37the developments are focused in downtown, the proposed zone, however, stretches
01:40into the Strip District and part of the North Shore and that's why Councilmember
01:44Debb Gross was one of the no votes. So the investment boundary for your proposal is the central
01:50business district. The state law says that the value capture area should be this downtown
01:57central business district.
01:58Kahari Mosley and Barb Warwick also voted no, citing concerns raised by city controller
02:03Rachel Heisler about taking millions of dollars in revenue away from the city and pouring
02:07it into a TRID, which could have a lifespan of up to 40 years. If Council gives final approval,
02:12the proposal still must get the blessings from the county, the Pittsburgh public schools
02:16and Pittsburgh Regional Transit. David Bollorado, News Radio KDKA.
02:20Survey teams confirmed three tornadoes during Tuesday storms this week, one in Villa Marina
02:26in Lawrence County. The others were near Portersville and Whitestown in Butler County. All three rated
02:32EF zero with top winds between 60 and 85 miles per hour. The National Weather Service says
02:38so far, 22 tornadoes have touched down this season. And cleanup is underway in communities
02:43across West Virginia, inundated by Tuesday's flash flooding. Bridges were washed out, homes
02:49and businesses damaged, and the governor says some people are unaccounted for. In Weston,
