00:00David Valarado, three Pittsburgh firefighters have been suspended, raising new questions within the city's fire bureau.
00:05NewsRadio KDK's tomorrow rushes in the newsroom with details.
00:08David, KDKA Radio has learned three city of Pittsburgh firefighters have been suspended in separate incidents.
00:14Details surrounding the suspensions have not been released by the city.
00:17The developments come weeks after Fire Chief Daryl Jones was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
00:25In a statement to KDKA Radio, Firefighters Union President Ralph Socorro says, quote,
00:30the union is aware of the allegations involving its members and believes every firefighter is entitled to due process and
00:37a fair, thorough review before conclusions are reached.
00:40He adds the union will ensure its members' contractual, civil service and legal rights are protected if discipline is imposed.

01:11Iran seems to be agreeable, according to ABC contributor, retired Colonel Stephen Gagnard,
01:16because President Trump has granted a sanctions waiver on the sale of Iranian oil.
01:19The U.S. did have alternatives.
01:21The president made a political decision that said, we've just got to get this thing done.
01:25And so this is why we had so little leverage.
01:27And at least some people in Washington are disappointed with the outcome.
01:31One suspect is in custody, but Aliquippa police continue to look for another.
01:35In connection with the pistol whipping of a man back on June 15th,
01:38police arrested 20-year-old Benjamin Ripley in the attack at the victim's Carroll Street home.
01:43Sergeant David Messora tells KDK-TV that they continue to look for 27-year-old Emery Mason.
01:47We have an active felony warrant for him, and we are actively searching for him.
01:51If they see him, contact Aliquippa Police Department.
01:54Do not try to approach him, stay away from him, and just call the police.
01:57Today marks the beginning of Amazon Prime Day.
