01:17because ultimately competing with the Diamondbacks and the Giants
01:21are the biggest two issues.
01:22They're not going to compete with the Dodgers,
01:23and the Diamondbacks look pretty good enough
01:25to actually give them some fits,
01:27so you'd have to make more moves by the Padres
01:29to reset for the next few years.
01:31Generally, Arizona is an active team every trade deadline,
01:35so I do wonder if they would be in on some players, too.
01:37And they seem, I know their lineup isn't great 7 through 9,
01:40but they have okay pitching.
01:42They have a pretty good lineup.

01:45and that's exactly what they were a few years ago.

02:18just to even wet the whistle of the Padres.
