00:39while and he he left out i got traded from the rams who are super bowl contenders to the browns

00:52though because in football i think first of all the realization of the your career only lasting
00:58maybe four years right and it's it's the nfl if you're there three four years you're lucky and if
01:04you're good enough to be in his position i would think you're you're not getting traded you can feel
01:10comfortable knowing where you're at i think it's the only sport where you can if you're a high round
01:15draft pick and you know and you feel like you've settled in and you're contributing to the team and
01:21you know rookie of the year and all like i don't think anywhere in his right mind you know prior
01:28to maybe right before the trade that he probably ever thought he was getting traded i i don't know

06:26and right you know i i think it changes the dynamic of the offensive line and we might be able

06:45not only by himself but but what he is going to mean for the defensive line and let's not forget
