00:17We have learned that ICE agents are now being directed to largely suspend vehicle stops until
00:23further notice. This directive follows two fatal ICE-involved shootings just days apart.
00:29One was in Texas. He's seen together footage from the latest incident which happened yesterday in
00:33Biddeford, Maine. And we must warn you that some of the images are disturbing.
00:38And let's go live now to Biddeford, Maine, where CNN's Jason Carroll is at the site of this shooting.
00:44Jason, what are people there saying?
00:49Well, Brianna, as you know, we were out here all day. Folks that we're talking to
00:53aren't really confident that that is going to happen.
00:56And Jason, one of the pressing questions here is why the officers were not wearing
01:00body cameras after those shootings in Minneapolis had, you know, DHS officials pledging that that
01:08was going to happen.
01:13And not just not wearing body cameras in this incident, in camps, distributed to all of those
01:20who need them. And why still have we not heard specifically? It's talking to reporters in front
01:26of the cameras, the DHS secretary and others who are involved with this. That's, I think, what people
01:33out here really are looking forward to hearing from them specifically and answering questions
01:38from the media about what happened out here. Brianna?

01:45Today, Kevin Warsh has been appearing before Congress for the first time as Federal Reserve
01:50chairman. His testimony coming as a new report shows U.S. inflation cooled more than expected
01:56last month, largely because of a drop in energy prices during the ceasefire with Iran. And while
02:02the resumption and fighting is pushing oil up again, Warsh says other factors will determine
02:07whether inflation gets better or worse in the long run. CNN's David Goldman is with us now.

02:57the U.S. Marshals Service, Justices Barrett and Kagan, are scheduled to testify before the Senate
